Appartamento ben attrezzato e con spazi comodi per una famiglia (3 camere). Bello il soggiorno ed il terrazzo. Posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro città.

Anche se l'impatto estetico è piacevole, poi emergono alcuni aspetti che meritano di essere sistemati: finiture a basso costo che risultano deteriorate ed alcuni arredi molto rovinati.

Everything was great, Julieta who welcomed us was super friendly. upon entering the room, we had a welcome kit, with chocolate, wine, coffee capsules, laundry kit, everything was excellent, we felt at home.

I really like it, It was very comfortable, especially since it liked my children. And she was close to everything.

We were on the 4th floor and the lift could only take 3 out of the 5 of us - individually. This is the main reason for the 8 ( and not 9) out of 10.

Excellent trip for my family. Super clean rooms. Very nice air conditioners. Cenral location and big asian market closeby too. Its best of my 3 hotels/ apartments in Barcelona.

The lift needs update as it does not allow more than 80 kg and allows one person at time if that one is below 80kg.

It was very nicely located , central yet quiet . Clean with everything you May need. Large apartment , 2 bathrooms. Very very comfortable for a family of 5

You need an app to enter the building. This may be difficult if you don’t immediately have mobile data available when you come from Abroad . It would be better to have a secret numeric code to enter the building

The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The apartment is very pleasant and the location is great.

To confirm your booking (AFTER booking has told you thet your boking is confirmed), they expect you to share on their relatively buggy website a phto of your ID and your personal photo (selfie). Not only inconvenient, but also probably illegal. And it does not make any sense - there is a person at the reception to provide your access card, so he/she will see your ID and face, so the whole process is pointless.

Very good space for 4 adults, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, kitchen well equipped, loved the little extras of cooking, cleaning kits, and welcome gift of chocolates, 2 bathrooms were great, and the staff were wonderful

Internet was slow, beds and pillows were ok, would be much more comfortable with pillowtop mattress, and the communication with office about digital keys between both Booking.com and my email was confusing, also elevator was too small as it only fits one person, some dishes, pans weren't clean, and the safe didn't work well.

The receptionist showed flexibility by allowing me to check in even before 4 PM.

it was clean. good location

the property looks much better and newer in the photos than in real life. the shower drain was clogged. there was construction on the floor. the rooms were a bit dark, not much light.

Host was great at keeping us informed until check-in completed. We appreciated that the Sweet Inn cared about those little details that made a DIFFERENCE; welcome note, chocolate and coffee capsule.

Wifi does need to be improved.
