There was no breakfast.

If you wanted your room cleaned or clean towels, there was an extra charge. The beds were so uncomfortable.

Spacious room, great shower, near highway

Some staff rude and highly unprofessional, management had no control over loud guests and compensation wasn't satisfactory, hallway smelled like soiled puppy pads. There was no soap in bathroom.

The check in was easy

The fire alarm went off and I had to sit outside after traveling all day although there was no real fire after 4 fire trucks come rushing over. The rooms walls are very thin I could hear every conversation in the room beside me as well as their TV very clearly so much, so it woke me up at 2am. The room above me I could hear ever footstep which was very annoying. The property was clean however my room had a spiderweb in it.

The staff was wonderful.

The Elevator was out of order. I lost power in my hotel room.
