This is a rustic area and residence. I feel compelled to let others be aware. The most disappointing thing were the beds/bed discomfort. Every bed had a crunch sound, and it was due to every bed being encased in a plastic mattress cover, as if we were toddlers. Absolutely horrible. Every mattress was VERY uncomfortable as well. There are only 3 full baths, and each are in 3 different rooms making the upstairs accommodations challenging. The twin bedroom upstairs gets very hot (no fan or a/c access in there). NONE of the bedrooms have a TV, none. The hot tub is unusable as it is on the bottom porch, through the garage (because part of the house access was locked off) where we actually saw a bear from the deck above. The other frustration was the bare minimum of amenities. Be sure to bring paper towels and extra toilet paper. The interior decor was very dated as well not to mention the hassle of the management companies' rental agreement needing all sorts of detailed documentation completed prior to. I've booked many VRBOs never have I ever. The restaurants in the area were sub-par (except for the Mexican restaurant). Do NOT go to Paul's Steakhouse. Overpriced and steaks were not good at all. The little town was very nice to walk around and there was music playing throughout. However, we will not be rebooking at this residence. We were a group of 8 working moms looking forward to a relaxing weekend getaway...this was not it due to this booking, sadly.

We booked a year in advance, but were told no cancellations. We cancelled our event in that area 7 months prior to the date of check-in, but believed the listed policy of no refunds, so we didn't ask. We learned later when they attempted to contact us for check-in that we might have been refunded if we'd reached out to them directly earlier. An expensive lesson learned.

We had a wonderful stay at Cinna Bahn House! The property was well maintained and had plenty of space for the 9 adults in our party. Location was perfect, as the men enjoyed a round of golf at the Valhalla course located in the community,and we all enjoyed the proximity to downtown Helen!

The house was very clean, very well furnished, I loved the coffee maker because it had several options since we were a large group of friends. The location and security of the neighborhood was very good. At night we could see a deer prowling outside the house. I would stay in this house again in the future.

The home is very beautiful, as well as the neighborhood! One thing we found interesting, the house sleeps 12 but the coffee maker is a 5-cup but barely yields 4 cups. The other thing that we found odd was there were hardly any closets for the bedrooms, so no where to hang our wedding clothes. None of this would make us give a bad rating. The house was wonderful to stay in!

Property was awesome. Very nice and spacious.
