• Room & bed was clean. • Design and layout was open and suitable. • Utilities available, bins, dish washer, washing machine etc (handy).. • Good windows blocking out external noise. • Good lighting for work etc. • Manager was easy to get hold of via phone.

Property itself is fine. However, do note the following: 1. At night, if the windows are open, you can occasionally be disturbed by loud street noise. 2. Unfortunately, I had an incident where police came around to the premises questioning due to a loud and troubled occupant. If you are staying for more than 1 night or with family, I do not recommend staying here as you can come across potential trouble being this close to the town centre. The manager does answer and respond relatively quick however there is only so much they can do within their limits. 3. It's not a big deal, but there were a few expired food items left over by previous occupants that were not removed prior.

Facilities and the location of home was good.

The cleanness of bed like as pilows cover, matress cover and specially matress was awful. Some insect was seen. I had to buy some disinfection spray and new matress and pillows covers, as well. The neighbour was a litttle bit noisy. This makes us sometimes uncomfortable. Cleanness of fridge was not as i expected. The matress was not comfy.

I liked the look of room, the kitchen has everything you need, Good appliances, including freezer and dishwasher Fast Internet Big smart TV Comfortable bed Easy access Lift in the building

The street is extremely loud. Always lorries and buses running there. People are talking loud in the middle of the night, it might be because of the theatre on the that street but it's a busy street anyway. However the building has it's own parking area, parking space was not provided.
