The area, the home and neighbors were great..great for a quick get away. I think an outside area for smoking, enjoying weather, sitting with dog etc is missing and is important. The decor in home is minimal so its not a cozy feel but its definately adequet..if you like to cook, pans are minimal also. Its perfect for a short stay. For longer stays its missing home comforts..like i bought and left a scissors..lol i did enjoy myself.

The house is in very poor condition. Everything is old/outdated. Blinds in the windows throughout the house are broken. Windows are dirty. There are dirty splashes on the walls in the bathroom. There's no way to make ice in the freezer. The cooking supplies are old/outdated. There are not enough towels or supplies for a family of 4 - even though we were confirmed for 5 people and the quality is horrible, like they were bought second hand. The stairs going up to the second floor are VERY loud as is the tub floor in the shower. The air conditioners upstairs are not strong enough. There are no chairs to sit outside. The whole house is VERY dark, even though the pictures on the site are very brightly sunlit. The house has a musty smell, which makes it seem that no one has used it in a long time. It feels like a house that would be good enough for college students having a weekend party who do not care, but it's definitely NOT appropriate for a family vacation. When I shared all of this feedback with the host, they disregarded my dissatisfaction and stopped communicating with me. I was hoping to get things resolved so I did not need to post this review here. Do not rent this property.

We loved this little house. 6 of us stayed here and we had plenty of room !!! It is so close to everything we wanted to do beaches, amusement parks, and piers. Clean and lovely ! Thanks

Very nice day for the money. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking the dog, well-equipped kitchen, very clean.

Loved h location but h house was not well lit, inside or out. House says can sleep 10, but only has beds for six, max. Toilet area so small you can barely sit down. Tiny towels, cheapTP and tiny towels. Great tv, wifi. Loved the neighborhood. Very walkable and near the lake. Automatic Trash can lid wouldn’t work. No trash bags, ziplocs, bottle opener, etc. Didn’t feel this house was truthfully represented online, but it’s still a great price and location.

Clean,Kitchen full of what you need.Bedrooms clean and nice.They even pay to get you Disney plus(When we were there anyway)....lol.....Great Stay!!!!

We enjoyed Lake Ontario, Seneca Zoo, Niagra Falls, Lake Erie, amazing restaurants, and peace and quiet when we returned to our home base. Lake Ontario’s beaches are a short drive and fishing is a short walk. It was the perfect home for the week.
