The property was very comfortable and well equipped with pretty much everything we required. Only thing missing was a tin opener, however that didn't spoil anything. Bed was very comfortable and first rate shower room too. Very well located for walking on the South Downs, Historic Chichester, Tinwood vineyard and much more. Tangmere aviation museum is only 5 minutes walk from the door and is not to be missed. Main supermarkets Lidl & Sainsbury only 10 minutes away, with a good Co-Op within 5 minutes walk. We'd love to come back.

Sadly didn't get to meet the owners. Would have liked to tell them personally how much we enjoyed being there.

The cottage was very spacious, had everything there. Lovely quiet area and pretty garden. Loved that the property had the added security of electric gates.

Felt like we were being watched by owner at any time.

Curtain/blind to the glazed bedroom door would have been good and a colander in the kitchen!

The space is actually quite a bit larger than we thought it would be, very nice! It's clean, comfortable and offers anything you might need. The area is quiet and there is a small supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. We were there with a sportscar for a Goodwood event and we felt the parking in front of the gate was safe and secure.

The tapwater tastes very chemical, but luckily there is a filtering can available to filter the water. We did not see the host during our stay, but all the information provided was clear.

Spacious, everything we needed. Very quiet location, conveniently located less than 30 minutes from lots of attractions. Highly recommend the nearby Gribble Inn for authentic British cuisine, drinks and an older world pub with a thatched roof. As with most locations in Sussex, you'll need a car.

Bed a little on small side, but this a very minor point.
