Pentru noi a fost dezagamitor cum am fost intampinati de gazda, desi citisem pe booking ca era cotata ok pensiunea. Cat timp am stat noi (2 nopti) a fost o problema cu gazda, personalul era format dintr-o doamna indianca care vorbea engleză, desi avea bunăvointă nu știa ce este prin pensiune, ce se poate servi la micul dejun. A fost frig in camera, camera neizolată, bătea vântul pe sub uși, in baie, era praf pe jos, sub pat, camera a fost f mica, se auzea tot ce se vorbește in camere.

Not much.
- The room is TINY and very uncomfortable. Facilities are kept to the basic minimum. There is not even a table or any other surface in the room to put things on. A skewed roof makes it impossible to stand straight if you're more than one person in the room. A very small window makes the room very dark, so you have to turn on the lights even during the daytime. Now we know why there were no photos of the room... We couldn't wait to get out from there!
- Unlike it appears on the photos, the house is actually right beside a very loud street. The traffic noise would wake us up at night.
- The pool is tiny, cold and quite dirty.
Overall, definitely overpriced for what you get. There are much better places in Romania for far less money.

The room and the bathroom were clean, the courtyard really nice and the view from the countryard was amazing. The landlord was really nice and helpful.
The room was really small, you could hear everything happening on the hallway and in the rooms nearby, we couldn't keep the window open because there was a lot of really cold air coming from under the door at the same time, the bathroom was really small and didn't have a way to drain the water coming out from the shower, the bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable (but that's based on my personal preference). I would not recommend staying here more than 1 night, given how much you pay for the room.

The owner did all in his power to make us comfortable. He waited for us long after the check-in hours.
The main area, normally closed after 22:00, was left opened so we can use it if needed, with access to the kitchen.
The place is well located, right next to a nice restaurant.
The staff was very friendly.
The rooms were ok, with a low sealing. They appear bigger in the pictures.
There were no towels in the room. After asking for them, the owner called the caretaker of the location and were provided to us.
I think this a restructured place, where things were redone, electrical wiring showing on some of the rooms.
The mattress were rather stiff.
The bathroom was cold and for some of us, the room was cold as well.

When you enter in the location you step directly to an open space kitchen with horrible smell of fried potatoes...
After you shower, you will have the entire bathroom full of water.

The property was clean and in a good location. It had a good restaurant right next to it, which also gave a discount for guests at Poarta Zaganului. The pension is recently renovated. The dog and the cat were fun and friendly to pet and play with.
Our room was a bit small, but cozy non the less.

There was a jacuzzi in our bathroom which worked fine.
There were many facilities (pool, garden, outdoor furniture) that we didn't use but seemed useful for longer stays.
We parked in the garden.
Andrei was nice and helpful.
In some details of the furniture we could see there was some lack of experience. However, we believe that it will be improved.
