Would like more amenities in the room. But there was a microwave in the lobby. Coffee maker in the bathroom.

Omg! Smell of cigarette smoke when you walk into the hotel lobby. Rooms very much in need of a remodel...lobby was remodelled. No hangers in the closet. Cafe food was terrible. Smell of heavy cigarette smoke in the casino...needs a serious filtration system. I could keep going, but I think you get it.

Location… view of the River, casino next door… balcony and Jacuzzi … awesome staff (Patricia) and secure as you need a card to use the elevator … AND to top it off… Microwave in the lobby for use… !!

Fridge was a good size

Air conditioner struggled. I had to bump it to the lowest setting and it still took hours to cool down because the fan was weak, even when it was on high.

The meeting I was in Vicksburg to attend was not far away on the same street.

Close to interstate since we were just traveling to further destination. Liked how it was connected to casino

It was a little noisy during night, kept hearing same noise all night. We assumed it was the elevator since we were the first room next to the elevator on the same side as elevators

Tyra at the front desk talked to her guy friend and was rude to us. Every time we walked by during the evening she was still talking to him. She booked us in the room opposite the elevator which is extremely noisy ( she knew this And she did this despite the fact the hotel was far from full August 14 at 4:30) Also the bathroom was filthy! Tub was slimy and full of hair! Floor was also filthy. We didn’t complain because Tyra was so hateful.

It was clean

If you went outback there was not a lot of seating only one umbrella no shade anywhere (it was 103 temperature heat index 110). They came out and told us they was locking the doors and we had to come inside at 8;30 instead of nine like the sign says. also they made people get out of pool. No seating outside anywhere on property. Casino only had two little restaurants. No microwave in room. (My stay was two nights) no one was friendly and had hard time getting drinks at machines. No seating in casino except at machines. (I brought my 73 year old mother with me.)

The location was great. Most of the staff was great.

No vent in the bathroom for shower steam. Only one mirror in the room and it's over the sink in the bathroom. Mattress need to be replaced.

Bed was comfortable.

Almost busted my butt trying to use the toilet in the registration area. Toilet literally came of it’s base when trying to clean myself after a #2. And the room toilet not much better. Tried to inform the front desk personnel but the were indifferent to my concerns. Casino was very smokey. Couldn’t stay there long at all.
