We would have liked to see plain oatmeal as an option for breakfast; especially for those who have dietary restrictions and have to minimize sugar intake. We were thankful for the fruit options available. The linens in our room were clean and we enjoyed having a mini fridge and microwave in our room.

Our bathroom floor was not swept/mopped well as we found hairs from whomever stayed in the room prior to us. The lobby and elevator smelled so nice, yet the hallway and room had an old carpet smell.

Liz, from staff, was really committed to help me solve any situation. She went out of her way to try to fix the poor internet at the hotel.

internet was very slow. And the paid internet did not work at all.

Fitness room wasn't properly air conditioned

Even though they didn’t receive our Booking.com reservation, they were very helpful making sure we weren’t double charged and booked us into a beautiful room. The staff members were amazing! We were greeted with graciousness from everyone we encountered. The breakfast was above our expectations. This hotel is beautiful and super clean. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second night. We are already planning to go back. My husband says we will stay much longer next time, perhaps a week.

Beds a little soft and hair dryer didn't work in our room but we were ok with it. I know they are beginning to remodel so not a problem for us.

The rooms were very spacious. The lobby area was very beautiful. Parking was free and plentiful.

The top sheet and blanket were too small to properly fit the kingsize bed we had. It made sleeping very uncomfortable.

It did not meet are expectations for a Hampton Inn. The bathroom was poorly lit and had a light out. The shower needs a major upgrade.
