The room and the staff were great.

The only downside we experienced was the fact that all the rooms had exterior doors. All the teenagers and kids from other parties were loud outside our room, talking, knocking on each others doors etc. until past the time we wanted to go to sleep. Plus the unit in the room didn’t get loud enough to drown out the outside noise.

the room was not clean, left over trash in the waste basket. there was no shampoo only body lotion. there were ants in the room. when the front desk was told, they were non committal and indifferent

I couldn't wait to write a review!! This place was exceptional. I definitely recommend this location. We stayed 2 nights. Both nights were great! Front desk check in attendant was amazing! Front desk check out attendant was amazing! Parking was great. Location was safe and quite. Breakfast was awesome! Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice housekeeping service ladies. Clean clean clean. And last but definitely not least. Trina Brown the manager was PHENOMENAL! She cares. And caring matters!! When a person cares about their team and care about their guest. It's a win win! And it was obvious this place is ran well by her!! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Best Western Vicksburg for making our trip a great one!!

I love the location and the fact it is never noisy and rooms are always clean

The housekeeping staff need to learn how to communicate between each other. I asked one person for towels (female), she brought them right back. I go to take my shower, as I get ready to walk out of bathroom I notice someone (male), walking in my room and they were almost in the bathroom at that point. no knock on door, not announcing themselves, nothing. didn’t put extra lock on door bc husband was on his way back from the store. and yes, I could hear. no tv on and bathroom door was open. I’m quite sure he got a peek. reported it to office, they stated he was doing his job. thought I was checking out. again, that gives you no right to just walk in a FEMALES room unannounced. and I wasn’t checking out til the next day. I feel he was going to go thru my things.
