Other family member received an already upgraded very nice room. Our room was average compared to theirs, but was fine. However the noise of the construction was miserable with a sleeping toddler needing to nap from Disney.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Disney central. Well appointed rooms.

I was not aware that the hotel was under construction when I booked my stay which had an impact on my overall satisfaction. My room was nice, but the door did not latch effectively which felt at times unsafe and there was a consistent drain gurgling noise at all times of day that was unpleasant.

Cleanliness was standard
Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable
Water took over 5 minutes to heat up - wasting water
During our exit our level of elevator was shut down without our knowledge. A hotel rep just completely ignored my husband while he was trying to explain that the elevators would not let him off at the 9th floor. It just kept taking him to the 11th floor.
The bellhop "Brian" rescued my husband and took him through the service elevator back to our room and was able to assist with getting our luggage downstairs.

The “suite” room was advertised as 10/10 and 624 sq ft. I can guarantee this room is no bigger than 500 sq ft. I measured to be certain. Carpet is frayed, wallpaper is bubbling, uneven floors, dingy bathroom. Supposed to be a city view but all we get is a limited view of the parking lot. I wouldn’t rate this room over 5/10 and that’s being generous.

When we first entered, it was under construction, we went to our room on the 7th floor and it sounded like someone was jackhammering and doing heavy construction- they were! Terrible noise. I went down to the desk, complained about the noise, they said it’s on our website, I said no it isn’t. They offered the 12 th floor, we went there, but the key didn’t wo. A cleaning lady told us there was an air conditioner leak, so I had to go downstairs again. Ended upon the 14 th floor. The shower head pulled out of the wall. We just stayed. Terrible experience!!!!

Had a loud high pitch noise from the bathroom at 1am which was not good when my daughter had a cheer comp the next day.

The bad: The key card didn’t work for self parking, both for getting into the parking garage and leaving. We had to have an employee help us both times. The battery on our room door died, so we were locked out of our room and had to wait ~30 minutes for someone to replace the battery. When an adjoining room flushed their toilet we could hear it from the drain in our shower.
The good: staff was mostly kind, aside from the parking attendant on the day we left. The restaurant was expensive but good, easy to charge to the room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of construction happening, but it was kept clean.
Overall: not sure if we’d stay again, the parking situation was frustrating, we were treated rudely. The lady called to confirm our room and we were checked out, made us feel like we were committing a crime. The door was frustrating too, but we had two staff members check on us and bring us chairs while we waited for it to be fixed.

Hotel under remodel. Some signage could have been better but staff was extremely helpful when needing assistance.

The carpet color makes the rooms look dirty. It's time to switch to laminate perhaps. Also the basement floor near the lobby really smelled terrible. The renovation perhaps should be done in stages??

The building was under construction, we happened to be places on a floor that’s not yet renovated, so we definitely understand the need for the renovations. The bathroom door handle was broke, the fridge cabinet was broke, the carpets were stained. Definitely didn’t feel Hilton quality, like other Hiltons we’ve been at, but I’m sure it will soon. No poor reflection from the staff, the establishment was just lack luster.

it was very noisy

Amazing customer service and a beautiful room. I would’ve given it 4.5 stars though because the construction in the lobby makes it so there is no grandness when you arrive. That said, I’m sure once it’s done it will be lovely. Just wish for the price that I would’ve walked into a place that looks nice. Also the room I had reserved wasn’t available because they had overbooked, which was frustrating. That said, I was upgraded to a really nice room on the top floor with a great view, so two thumbs up for them! Being able to text for any concierge help was really nice. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was huge and modern and the room was nicely decorated. I recommend staying there!

My room had no hot water. After switching rooms, house keeping never paid me a visit for the duration of my stay (despite the room being unoccupied from 9 am to 8 pm). I called the front desk to request service at 8:30 pm only to receive a curt response to the effect of "sorry, there are no more housekeepers on site."
To make it worse, the hotel is falling apart. The entire place and rooms are outdated. The bathrooms are tiny and grimy. Furniture in the rooms is falling apart. The iron didn't work.
The location and gym are the only redeeming qualities. Overall, not at all worth the price. Will not return.

Arrived at hotel, which is under renovation and they said that the room with the balcony that I ordered was on the floor, which they were renovating and they were going to upgrade us to a room on the top floor room on the top floor, but it was part of the suite Only partial furnishing in it no chested drawers no almost anything that you would request. Also, the day we were there did not do room service so we got no towels. The beds weren’t all in all the place was terrible.

Wasn't a great stay at all. Very run down, construction started way too early. Sink didn't work. Walls are paper thin, could hear the person next to me talking on the phone as if they were in my room.

Professional staff. Clean and fairly comfortable. The only downside is the parking garage is not lifted vehicle friendly. My truck was inches away from scraping on top and it’s at stock ride height from factory.

A good hotel that is going through some renovations so will be better next year. Location is great, as are the staff. Lobby area little confusing to get to things with renovations happening, but workable. Room was nice and will be even better after the renovations are complete. Will stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations, making the lobby extremely noisy, and the signage around the hotel could be clearer. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The tub didn’t drain. The wall by the toilet looked like it was a rusty frame of a car that spend 25 winters in Michigan but it was drywall so… go figure. The room was obnoxiously hot and the thermostat wouldn’t do what I asked it to do. The front desk had attitude when I told them the app made me go see them despite doing all the online check in stuff. Just annoying. The lady who checked me out this morning was great and friendly and helpful. Parking costs too much. The hotel is under construction in the lobby but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything to improve the rooms.

Rooms very quiet until the next morning when we woke up to construction workers grinding on concrete at 7am right below our window. Had no choice but to wake up early after waking over 12 hours at Disneyland.

It wasn’t disclosed that construction was being done in the hotel when booking… we were not able to enjoy any of the amenities restaurants bars lobby coffee shop because the noise was unbearable. On a positive note, our room in the 9th floor was quiet no construction noise was heard and was clean and comfortable. Won’t stay again during construction but will when it’s all done.

Nice stay for 1 night. However there was a lot of construction going on throughout the front lobby area.

We have previously stayed at this hotel and booked again for the lobby amenities and convenience. While I understand the need to update (and that there is never a convenient time to do so) I feel it should have been communicated to us that this was happening when we booked. There were very few amenities open in the lobby due to this construction.

When we arrived they told us there was a 40$ per day parking fee which was never stated anywhere on their website. Also the hotel was under complete renovation and we thought that it would be ok but it was awful they was full on construction with jack hammers and etc above our room and it started at 6 am so we got no sleep any of the days on our trip. When I talked to the manager he said “ we told you there was construction” but they never said there was construction in the floors above us or it being super early In the morning. The manger was super rude about it and didn’t seem to care. We spent 1600$ and couldn’t sleep past 7 am also the thermostat didn’t work it only came out one temperature it would get cold or hot. The handles in the shower were falling off the wall making them completely useless and unsafe. The Hotel looks nothing like the pictures.

I recently stayed at the Hilton with my family, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the pictures on the website were misleading. The hotel was not just outdated; it was also incredibly dirty. Our shower only had cold water, and the bathroom mirror had a significant crack, which is unacceptable for any hotel.
The room itself smelled strongly of mildew, and despite our attempts to enjoy our stay, the constant noise from construction workers right outside our window ruined any chance of relaxation. We were startled awake around 7 AM by the sound of jackhammering, and when we inquired about changing rooms, we were informed that the noise was pervasive throughout the entire hotel.
Moreover, there was no prior warning about the renovations on the hotel’s website, and the receptionist failed to inform us upon check-in. The chaos began the moment we parked our vehicle, as the loud hammering and drilling were impossible to escape. Every area of the hotel seemed to be under construction, making it difficult to find any solace.
The elevators were in dire need of an upgrade, and the hallways leading to our room reeked of wet carpet. To add insult to injury, the cracks in the parking garage were filled with cement filler, which ended up all over my wheels.
Despite the numerous issues we encountered, the hotel did not offer any form of refund, which left me feeling extremely frustrated and

I was very in happy with our stay for our first wedding anniversary. First of all our room wasn’t ready when we got there. We were told we got a balcony upgrade but when we got to the room our view was the parking lot. The electricity in bathroom did not work and the water was cold the entire time. It was very loud, I tried calling concierge and no answer. Tried calling up front guest services no answer. Just bummed out for our stay

Old and dirty!

The property was under renovation. Maybe afterward it will be nice but right now it’s gross. Wet carpets that smell like mold, dirty all over and open construction. One night there was no running water, and they told us we would have been notified at the time of making the reservation and again at check-in but we were not notified either time. But it is convenient to Anaheim attractions, and our room was spacious.

Over nite. Trip. Pillows made my wife neck and shoulders stiff.
Amenities in the shower bathtub were empty and the drain to the tub was broken. Other than that it is a nice hotel and has a lot to offer..

I asked for a pool view what I got was the view of the changing rooms or pool equipment I could not tell through my very dirty windows. The ice machine closest to my room was broken so I went down a little ways to collect ice. I had 2 queens in my room and one smelled of urine. When I came back at the end of the day I could tell they did not change my pillows, pillow cases or sheets. My ice bucket still had melted ice from the night before so there was no bag replacement for the ice bucket. Check in and check out were very efficient people were nice. But house keeping needs work. Construction being done was not that bothersome. It was well contained.

Property was under construction, the extent of which is not made clear on the website or email. Room smelled STRONGLY of mildew, informed the front desk and they said they would inform housekeeping but nobody ever came. Controller didn’t work, phoned front desk said they would send maintenance I waited 2 hours and they never came. We were woken up at 7 am due to construction directly over our room on the 11th floor which completely defeats the purpose of paying for late checkout and would’ve been more of a problem if we weren’t going to Disney for the majority of out trip. Hilton had gone far downhill would not recommend.

Over priced hotel with so many items not working. Fridge wasn’t working to which we were advised they are being replaced in the future. Fittings were coming off the wall, lighting is terrible, bath towels had stains. Internet password was incorrect to which we were advised ‘oh we forgot it’s October and haven’t updated the password yet’.
It has to be the worst Hilton hotel I have stayed at internationally

Where can I begin…. Checking in was a little troublesome, after we found check in desk the lady was kind of rude and barely gave information on the property. Hotel seems pretty old and smells kind of bad. We’ve been staying on Anaheim for a while and never heard of over charging for parking until now. Probably never coming back to this one.
