Location is fabulous, right in the marina a short walk from the old town
Hotel offer comfort and service, breakfast was agood service but could of been warmer. Ask for a room on a higher floor as it can be a bit noisy in the night.

Excellent breakfast..the best we have ever had abroad.We liked the rooftop breakfast room with live piano music.We appreciated the complimentary wine in the foyer every afternoon,served in crystal glasses.

The hotel was excellent, however the only reason I have given it 4stars not 5 is the staff across the 4days could have been more energetic and smiling. The service was not bad it was very efficient but it was functional not warming.

Location is excellent and the front desk very helpful. The room itself was very tired and worn, though clean. Buffet breakfast was good.

Staff were so friendly and breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and room was clean, some furniture in the room appears well loved and in need of replacement but we could see the hotel was renovated in most areas so this could already be underway. Soundproofing was excellent in our room, could not hear the city outside or our neighbours

Nice hotel for overnight for early morning flight at Faro airport. Our checkout was too early for breakfast but the hotel provided a nice breakfast bag for us to take with us. The marina view rooms balconies have nice views.

Disappointed with the beds. They are not comfortable at all.
Breakfast with the room had some choice but everything from the buffet Ie: eggs, bacon, sausages was cold and we were the first people in.
Pricey for this level of hotel at this time of year.

Very good hotel, great location, rooms are nice with a good balcony, all staff are very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and nice balconies to sit outside and eat.

Unfortunately there were only 2 check in counters, the English was difficult to understand, and the staffs were not friendly.
The location was great as it was close to the train station and the bus terminal.

We had a suite room with plenty of space and balcony overlooking marina. Hotel is very good location close to cafes, shops, city sights etc. Breakfast is lovely but unfortunately cooked breakfast items on our last day were cold as were items on dinner menu Friday evening which was a real shame. Beautiful piano playing at breakfast and dinner and lovely to be able to sit outside in rooftop areas. All bars and restaurants are independent of hotel which meant hotel staff couldn’t answer questions regarding bookings and open times etc.
excellent gym, fully equipped and spacious. Hotel is close to train and bus stations which we used to travel..
we would recommend hotel for 2/3 night stays, marina view much preferred too.

Great location for the bus and train station.
Staff helpful and efficient. Hotel is very good but the Pool area is very tired looking.

I was checked in efficiently by Ruben and provided a quiet room as requested. He mentioned the breakfast was not to be missed and he was correct, it was wonderful. You could dine outside overlooking the marina. I forgot my phone cable and it was retrieved by housekeeping and a man called Guillermo (sorry about the spelling). I hope to return the next time in Faro.

Great position. Room comfy with excellent amenities. Breakfast awesome! Staff friendly and efficient.
Only thing I would change would be to have a shower that was more adjustable. No riser rail made it difficult to get a really good shower.
Excellent stay though and would highly recommend this hotel.

Some areas where a little outdated especially the pool area chairs and cushions , this did not match the beautiful interior of the hotel. The toilets to pool area was also needing renovation. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Housekeeping did leave a bin full of rubbish in the bathroom but this was obviously a mistake which was overlooked.

Lovely hotel near the marina. Very walkable area. Restaurants and drinks were first rate. Morning buffet breakfast, incredible. But what really makes this hotel special is the amazing employees who carry themselves with class and graciousness. A very enjoyable stay! Well done!

It was an amazing hotel.
We stayed in a suite - which had some dilapidated furniture - peeling chairs, sideboards need some care, silicone in shower tray. Air condition vents need a dust. Cleaning staff for room did a minimum. Reception staff not always helpful. These areas need improvement.
However, the bar staff, pool area, food, view from room and location was amazing. The room had great sound proofing from outside events.
It is this reason why we have given a four star.

Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool is great for sunbathing and having a drink with a beautiful view. Rooms are nice, had a view over the marina. Staff are friendly.

Well sited hotel, walkable to where we wanted to go. We had a nice room on the fourth floor, with a balcony overlooking the marina and the old town beyond. Rooms in the other wing overlook a nondescript road and would be less desirable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful. The one issue for which I have docked a star is that we had no wifi in our room or on the fifth floor terrace. Wifi in reception was fine. The person I spoke to about this was cagey and said that no-one else had a problem!

Check in at 2. Room not ready until 320. Cleanliness is an issue. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The pool had bugs and a layer of algae growth ob the sides and in the water. Our room didn't get cleaned the first day (we gave up at 4:30 and just got towels)

Too many staff when you first walk in standing around a desk meant for two at all times just hoovering over. The person Lara Deas at the desk smiled but didnt seemed to happy to greet you. They had the room ready before ck in but wouldnt ck you in or let you know. The bathroom in your room only had body wash with no shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own! Thats just unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would never come back here.

We had a great stay in this lovely and modern hotel. The hotel is really central for access to the old town. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and was unexpectedly included with our booking. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our late check-in (delayed flight) and storing our bags for us on departure day. Would certainly return!

Perfect hotel for a city break, really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious, super comfy bed, great breakfast buffet. Roof top pool busy but great amenity, gym had great selection of equipment. No complaints!

The hotel has a bar that only closes at 1am. That means there is music pounding throughout the hotel on weekends. The staff are very pleasant, the views are amazing, breakfast is very well done - but it is the noise that spoilt a very pleasant stay

The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly etc.
Staff were very quick to help and service ( bars, restaurants ) was pretty faultless.
I was sure however that I did not get the room that I booked. My booking states a room with a seperate lounge type area, this was not the case, I had a standard double room, although nice, was not what I thought I paid for. I feel a bit cheated into paying for something I didn’t get.

Central location was handy - everything was easy to reach. Staff were very helpful, particularly Reuben who worked on the reception, and managed to get us a reliable taxi for an early flight. Reuben also provided us with a contact card for the company as I was worried about not getting to the airport in time - he went above and beyond to reassure us.
The bed in the room was comfortable, however, in general the room was a bit tired and in need of some renovations. The furniture was older and scuffed and there were lots of water stains in the bathroom.

Dealt with the front desk, staff who seem to be new and unsure of what was happening, was unable to answer most of my questions. The room had bugs everywhere in the bathroom on the bed in the closet not sure what kind of bucket was. It was small translucent, possibly winged. The only thing about this hotel is the location close to the marina for pick up for tours

Amazing hotel. Super convenient to the bus and train station (not too far from airport either). Staff were very attentive and helpful. The best part was the rooftop pool area. Lots of great seating areas and options. The breakfast buffet included was superb.
