Overall it was good just the rooms need to be cleaned better and smell more refreshed. Our room was stale and musty but the breakfast was delicious!!!

This is by far the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed in. To begin, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and didn't give us any instructions for the breakfast or parking. The property itself is in a very poor state and looks worse than a motel. The first room we were given was dirty and had a bad musty smell. We asked for a change of room hoping that that would be better. But the other room was the same. The carpets were very dirty, sheets didn't look clean - had stains and hair and this room also had the musty smell. The breakfast area was unattended, with no cutlery or tissues and empty food trays which were never refilled. There were two staff members making omelettes for all guests and were clearly overworked. We had to wait in line for the omelettes for more than 20 minutes. To end the horrible stay, we fell ill with a stomach bug after eating here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

It was obvious that the room had not been used for some time. The stale smell hit us as soon as we entered the room. Even with leaving the window open the whole time it did not help. Also, there are no stairs down to the ground floor in any convenient place, nor did there appear to be any handicap accessible way to navigate the property. Elevator at one end only! Breakfast good.

We have stayed in many different embassy suites locations and loved them but this was one of their not so good. Reasonable price for a Saturday night, room very clean and nice, bed comfortable, breakfast very good and plenty of it, we made the evening drinks and snacks by a few minutes. Two huge glasses of wine each and snacks. Receptionist upon checking in was lacking in personality and smiles!!
Not much going on in the area and nowhere really to eat. It was a stopover for one night for us and that was ok.
Our room was above reception and facing the Main Street and car park, not the most quiet. Overall I would still stay in an embassy suites just not in Lompoc

Unfortunately the wifi was not working during my stay and the tv was also not working as it could not connect to wifi. All other amenities were good and staff were very friendly. Will visit again.

The property itself was beautiful and the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a huge plus to staying here. However, the area of Lompoc the hotel is in was questionable. There were homeless sleeping right outside our vehicles.

Whenever i come into Lompoc i always choose to stay at the Embassy suites. I have lots of family in town so I come for family events or flower fest quite often.

check in was fast. front desk lady didn't give much information on the hotel. just the breakfast area information. In the room, the carpet was ripped by the front area. room was comfortable but outdated. pool and hot tub were clean. in the cafeteria need more chefs fot cook to order breakfast/ it took 45 min to get the breakfast. overall was a good stay. thank ou

The front desk was awesome. Kristen was very helpful and all the staff were friendly. Ithe grounds and pool area were clean and well maintained. The room was spacious but the furniture inthe front living and kitchen area was old, uncomfortable and stained. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom wall. The property felt safe and was in a convenient location.

The stay was nice overall. Walkable to restaurants. Some transiants around, but locked hotel with secure gates. I didnt feel unsafe. The carpet is old and musty and needs to be replaced or removed. Included breakfast and drinks was a plus and it wasnt too busy.

Smallest suite I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many Embassy suites.
Couch seats had stains and tears. Microwave did not work properly.
Window did not open. Breakfast was not appealing to the taste or looks.

We have been guest at this location many times, the service is great always. Very accommodating and that is why we come back. The perks of having breakfast is a plus for us. However there always seems to be a body or 2 loitering the parking lot which can feel un safe to some.

We had a very nice stay at the Embassy Suites! The room was spacious and had good amenities. The walls are quite thin and it's easy to hear the neighbors unfortunately. We rode our motorcycles and were able to park so that we could easily see them from the room we were in.
