The room was very clean and big

Breakfast was terrific

Maybe remind clients that breakfast ends at 10 am even on Sundays. I would have ordered breakfast before coming down.

Very comfortable and restaurant food and staff were really good.

The restaurants was not open later for breakfast both on the week day and weekend.

If you're planning a visit to Solvang, I highly recommend staying at this location if you have a car. The comfort and prices here are much better than those of the hotels in Solvang and Buellton. We were able to get a clean and quiet room that easily accommodated three people. The staff at this location is fantastic. They were all very friendly and helpful, especially Raul, who assisted us in charging our car via a wall outlet when the charging station was occupied for the entire night, and another was broken. Additionally, the downstairs bar is great and offers reasonably priced drinks and food.

Please fix the car charging stations or install more (not just for Tesla)

Staff member on check out was rude and unhelpful when I was trying to understand how they had charged the bill to my credit cards as there were multiple debits applied. No assistance provided and responses were curt and abrupt

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. TV worked.

There was a coffee maker in the room, but paper cups and minimal utensils (packet of dry whintener and stir stick) and not to great coffee. Get some real cups and get some coffee better than Maxwell house. No glasses in the room, not in the BR or rest of the room, just the paper cups at the coffee maker. Get some real glasses. The furnishings looked like they came from IKEA, not chest of drawers, some wire shelves in the closet area, and cabinets under the TV and nothing under the night stand. I like drawers to unpack into. I like to read a newspaper in the morning over breakfast but I wonder if there was a newpaper anywhere in Lompoc. It would be nice if the Hilton would have some paper in the lobby, if not complimentary then for sale. The restaurant has some affordable local wines by the bottle, which are ok.... once, but it would be nice to have a bit larger selcetion.

Very clean, wonderful staff. Very quiet. Great food at breakfast buffet. The bar has outdone itself with offering freshly cooked appetizers from the chef!

Large sized room, but tiny microwave/refrigerator/coffee area. Also, a real desk would be better than a countertop.
