The hotel is excellent - great location, great views to the famous Rixos Marina Hotel, clean, super comfortable...the breakfast was also roch in variety and tasty. Beach is nice and there are a lot of activities for guests. What was adding an extra touch is that personnel seemed genuinely happy and cheerful - it was a true pleasure to interact with all of them.

Ok for one night but wouldn't stay longer.
Hotel facilities were across a main road which didn't feel the most relaxing.
Good room - very modern.
Told we'd have dressing gowns and slippers but room didn't have them so we had to request them.
Good walking distance for the corniche and etihad towers.

Unfortunately so many things closed and under refurbishment meaning the stay was quite disappointing. This should have been clearer when booking.
All the restaurants on the beach were closed, many of the amenities were not open. To note the pool, gym and spa is a 5 min walk under the duel carriageway so not so convenient. We knew this before but in reality I wouldn’t do again.
Rooms were small for the UAE but beds comfortable. Breakfast options limited. Dinner, half board was nice and glad we booked this as most places were closed. Staff were very friendly and helpful but apart from this I wouldn’t go back.

Amazing hotel with great beach and swimming facilities. Breakfast selection is good and wide enough for 4-5 day stay. Both restaurant team and resort team were very nice and helpful. Thanks - Ram, Saroj, Bagwan, John, Raju, Prithivi, Sumit, Durga, Srinu, Venkat , Barath, all were very kind and helpful.

Property is very clean and well maintained. Access to the West Bay Lounge was great and the facilities there were equally impressive.
Staff at the La Terrazza restaurant were wonderful. In particular, Richard at the coffee station, Subrat and Santosh were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our meals.
Food selection and quality was excellent. Thoroughly recommend the half board option.
Prices of Padel were quite expensive, however, this is operated by a third party at the hotel.

The room had lots of little things wrong with it: lamps didn’t work, shower didn’t drain, mini fridge had to be changed. The breakfast was good, dinner mediocre. The pool facilities are amazing and the location is perfect.

The Hotel is absolutely fabulous, close from the corniche and the mall. You will find restaurants supermarket close by the hotel. The room is perfect with a fridge and everything is super clean. The breakfast is huge, with a lot of hot and cold dishes on the buffet. You can enjoy a pool and the beach with nice transat and cabbana. The staff from the reception, to the restaurant and house keeping are absolument amazing and helpful. MERCI

2 nights. Room was noisy - AC only on "Auto" versus AC fans below open window. We had requested a quiet room in advance. No extra bed provided until 11.10pm for our kid. Breakfast buffet a disorganised noisy scrum! After first night, Front desk said, "sorry, no other rooms available, maybe after checkout", spoke to Duty Manager immediately and he found us a new, quieter room immediately (could control AC fan speed but windows locked, apparently "ahead of the rainstorm"!). Second time we stayed here but never again.

Very disappointed. The hotel was not as described. The description failed to mention to get to the beach you had to walk through a tunnel as the hotel was separated by a main road. Also sea view was not a sea view it was a view of the busy main road. In addition despite having checked in online we still had a lengthy wait for our room key. Finally I said hello to a member of staff “Malik” who completely ignored me despite having said hello to my husband. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Horrible noisy breakfast. They tried very hard with the food but it was too crowded That was the only meal we had in the hotel though. The lights failed in my room twice. The tap in the bath sprayed water at the immobile shower door which went underneath the door and all over the floor. I reported this twice but nothing happened. I really hate the immobile shower door and the shower and bath taps. While you are trying to work out how they work you are forced to lean under the shower and inevitably get soaked. Fine if you have decided to wash your hair that night but otherwise really irritating. This has been designed by a man! I have stayed here in February for the last 3 years but now it is getting too crowded and they need to rethink breakfast. The lifts are not good

The beach was nice and filled with amble seating. The associated beach restaurants were nice. The interior design of the rooms were welcoming. The staff were friendly. Had bars inside the hotel.
Improvements: the bath/shower combo unit as designed has issues flooding the room. Beach waiters would be a nice add. The breakfast was nice, but could use a bit more food diversity/choices.

First the cons:We were not offered any VIP benefit. Our room had a bad view and no way to charge our phones. There are no usb outlets in the room and all of their adapters were already loaned out and they really seem to care if we could charge our phone or not. Bad attitudes.
Pros: the Hemingway bar had good appetizers and an amazing singer/ band. The man at the travel desk,Nassar, arranged a driver for us to the louvre and then port to catch our cruise. He was super nice. The hotel is walking distance to the MO Palace hotel where we had an amazing breakfast buffett( super$$$$) and walking around was a falconer who let us hold the falcon on a gloved hand! Also when I mentioned that my phone was dead they immediately charged it for me! Good attitudes at that hotel.

The staff was amazing and attentive. Check in desk lady was great. The bar guys were a delight and awesome. Very friendly.
The condition of the hotel was good although other 5* Raddison properties have been better and the showers tend to scold you midway through then go cold again and vary between burning hot and cold. Other than that, good overall.

The only drawback was the confusion over the tennis courts. They are paddle tennis courts and are owned by a third party, not complimentary with the hotel.
