We stay here 3 to 5 times a year as we drive to Fort Lauderdale for business and medical reasons. We are surprised how many years their pool is not working and the fitness area, hmmm??? There really should be a discounted rate.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale North. The receptionists are courteous. The breakfast is good. The location is great, close to everything like restaurants, mall, etc.

Only negative was that 3 of the elevators out of 4 went out of service one night.

The people at the front desk were nice. We wanted a queen bed and was told when you book through third party that the room you request you might not get, gave us a double bed. When we got to the room, the room had a weird smell that we couldn't figure out, stuffy. White bed sheets were creamy and need to be replaced. The bathroom sink hole was dirty, the shower was clogged. No microwave, the plug to charge your phone next to the bed wasn't working so we had to charge our phone by the Tv. No one came to give us new towels when we left the room,. Overall the hotels needs to be cleaner, fresher. The floor near the bathroom was cracked.

Check in was fast and super friendly. They were able to get us in early so we could head to our concert and said goodbye as we headed out for the evening. We will stay here if back in the area

It took hours for the room to warm up from the 65 degrees it was set at to a mor comfortable 75 degrees. The lobby was also very cold. Bring a jacket! Bathroom shower needs replaced or more thorough cleaning. We stay here 4 times a year, and increasingly see a need for a refresh, especially at these prices.

Stayed here several times. Love it. Stayed on the 17th floor (highest). Amazing city view from balcony. Staff is amazing and attentive.

I never know how detailed to get in doing a review. The front desk had some new ( to me ) staff and were a little stuffy compared with the usual front desk people there. We come here 4 to 6 times a year and stay 2 to 4 nights each time for business. The pool has not been available for over 2 years now. The rate seems a little high for the current condition of the property. Good location, though.

I left my new white Air Force One in my room when I checked out but no one found them. I know the maid took them that’s not good

The property kept the packages that we ordered until we arrived. The coffee at the cafe was also great. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The room we were given had a ripped carpet and no control over the thermostat. It was 65 degrees in the room at all times, even after a custodian came to “ fix “ it. We were miserable. Even the lobby was freezing.

The carpet and chair feels damp and there is always a musky, damp almost suffocating smell. I did report this to the front desk. The beds were also well slept in as they were depressed which made lying on them uncomfortable. Other than this I can't say I'm displeased otherwise. The staff is always polite and friendly and the opening of a Starbucks in the lobby is definitely a great development!

We had an amazing stay and Alysha at the front desk was amazing. The place seem pretty new and it’s really clean and always smells fresh , which was very important for me . The evening snacks were amazing and breakfast was really good . Loved it and will definitely go back

I have to say that the service i received was amazing, but it took quite a lot for that to happen. My first room had a broken lock on the front and back door and the phone didn't work, my second room had the shower door off the track and in the tub, so i was put in the room with the broken locks for the first night. The AC broke that night and I had to wait a few hours for other guests to check out and a room be available. Once I was given the third room, on my 4th move, things were great. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my stay was wonderful. The hotel offers a lot of fun things to do, a lot of places to dine and shop nearby, and is very nice overall. I did enjoy staying on the concierge floor, having fresh coffee in the morning was fantastic.

They let us have a early check in, the attendance was very nice. But at the next morning they told us that we don’t have a breakfast included at the reservation so I have to show them. But was a very nice place do stay.

Always stay here. Great quality for the price. Rooms clean and in overall good repair. A few times there has been chipped linolieum but nothing earth shattering. I really like the little sofa.

We stayed for three nights when we came the inside of the lobby it’s was clean and nice but once you past that part it’s really ran down . The bed was so uncomfortable toilet really loud , it don’t let me started on the shower it was dirty and had dirt spots inside the shower. The pool was out of service no water it’s been out since Covid they new that but did not say anything oh and you had to pay for breakfast 22 dollars a head I did not like my stay and would never be back. Good thing was that they hotel did not smell like moth balls lol

When I arrived one of the double bed sheets was dirty. I decided to cut my stay short. The rooms were not cleaned just looked clean. Dirty paper was found under the lamp. Housekeeping needs to be supervisor more.

I enjoyed staying here but I slipped and fell while showering. The bathtub is super slippery.
Luckily there wasn't any corners near the tub or else I would've been seriously hurt.
Just ended up with a bruised finger. I had to lay a towel inside the tub to not fall again.
