Very accommodating

Convenient hotel if going to Atlantic City or surrounding area and beaches. I wish there a restaurant onsite. Diner next store good but not for a multiple night stay.

I booked this hotel for my daughter via hotels.com and paid in full at time of booking. When my daughter arrived at the hotel she was told the payment was rejected and they needed her to pay again. I checked my card statement and the charge was on there. I called the hotel and spoke to a unfriendly employee who told me the payment was rejected on the card and that they would need payment prior to check in and to call hotels.com Even with receipt of paymnt it wasnt her problem. I chatted with a rep regarding this at hotels.com who told me i would have to pay at the property to check in & this would be escalated to her superiors. No real explanation. She said i would be refunded. I called the hotel back to pay and still questioning why I had to pay again. The not so friendly hotel worker said “let me explain again. The virtual card was rejected which means the payment was not received by the hotel from hotels.com” with a big attitude she talked to me. She needs a lesson in customer service. What is a virtual card like I am supposed to know what that means. So It was hotels .com error. Also my daughter called the hotel a day ahead to request a room away from the elevator noise (she needed a good night sleep with MCAT exam the next morning). So, They put her right next to the elevator and told her it was all they had. NEver stay there again. Never use hotels.com again. Will lose all my one key credits. Still no refund on my original payment and will dispute charge if it doesnt.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay

Staff was great, due to Microsoft issue they were unable to make room keys so they had to escort most guests to their rooms. Staff was super nice and never showed any frustration. Awesome!! Hotel was very clean.

Staff was really nice and the pool was a plus.

The hotel itself was very clean, provided breakfast, and was easy to find and park around. When I stayed her they were having an issue with the keys which I understand and downloaded the app to use as the key to let myself in and out. HOWEVER… there was one night when my key didn’t work and it took me 30 minutes just to access my room. The front desk worker was rude and made it seem as though waiting on me was an inconvenience to her talking to her friend on her phone and eating her chil fil a in the office. Now it’s not my fault that your key system is down and when I asked for assistance she said “what do you want me to do” if not recommend if you value customer service!!!

Staff were all very helpful, pleasant.Our stay was comfortable, wish there could be an extra chair to sit on in a room for 2.

Air conditioning vents very dusty

Its a very clean hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is the rooms arent sound proof, i could hear cleaning crew and guests talking in the hallway while i was trying to sleep. Also AC made humming sound. Would i stay there again? Yes I would.

Never a bad experience.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. We had the King suite and there was plenty of room for our 2 dogs also. The staff was friendly and there was a good breakfast every morning. There was also a good sized grass area on the side of the hotel to take our dogs to the bathroom, which was lighted at night.

The desk clerk was very helpful, courteous, and professional.

Rooms are upgraded, breakfast are suoerb super friendly staff......EXCEPT the lady receptionist in PM SHE NEEDSL schooling for CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS and attitude class. Not on me but you will notice gow she approached people.

The location was great and it was very clean. I do wish they didn’t have carpet in the rooms, my allergies started acting up the more I was in the room.

Love that the suite has separated walls and a a door between the bedrooms and the sofa bed area. Made a huge difference in sleep for us since some family members snore.

I booked on-line, last minute to avoid late travel. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Room was clean and staff was engaging when I checked in late. Being a road warrior I am vey apprehensive about last minute hotels. I give this a 4 star for price and accommodations. Breakfast looked nice but did not have time to check it out.
