Sadly we didn't get to attend our booking due to Covid-19 but their customer service has been appalling since and I would recommend not booking this hotel while the pandemic continues as they don't reply to emails or give any guidance. On the basis of how badly they have treated us I would never book with this hotel group again, truly shocking in a time where people need to be compassionate and understanding.

The staff were lovely. The facilities were very nice. The food was good.

We absolutely loved our stay, from the service, to the rooms and amenities we could not fault it. The position is perfectly situated, the buffet breakfast is amazing and the grounds on which it is situated are absolutely stunning. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning .

The garden pool was lovely and we virtually lived in it most days. The gardens are beautifully kept and such a pleasure to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. But.... it was pretty gutting that we didn’t end up with a garden view but a bamboo shielded wall of the next hotel. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t empty from the word go and the room smelt terribly of mould and damp and it took 24 hours to them to move us into a different room.....still looking out onto the wall of the next hotel.

I have stayed here a few times in the past. I always get a good rest here. The property is large in that spreads out along the beach. You can go to the end of the property where it's very quiet. Also, there is a lovely Garden Pool, which is only for adults, where you can do some reading. The breakfast is very nice, with a big variety of options including some healthy options. My complaint about the breakfast area is that if you sit close to the outside birds sometimes land on your table when you're away. Isn't there some way to prevent that from happening?The lunch spot is very nice with very soft music and the service is excellent there. The gym has everything you might need and they also play soft Balinese music in there, which I like.

I have been staying in different hotels in Seminyak over many years. I loved the Royal Beach hotel as it still has that Bali feel about it with beautiful gardens. Also the breakfasts are fantastic.

The people made the difference (in a very good way). For M Gallery the rooms very outdated (same for elevators, corridors, etc).

Bali is way too expensive now.

Had a wonderful holiday with my daughter. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, but a fair distance from our room to breakfast and pool area. Some people would find this a bit difficult.

Beautiful grounds and garden pool. Bedrooms are large but in serious need of renovation. The rooms are old, not enough plugs or international plugs and the bathroom does not have a shaver point. Bathroom is tired and the toilet/shower using smells horrible. Time to spend some money to upgrade Accor.

We stayed at The Royal Beach Seminyak for a family holiday and it was great; excellent staff, perfect location and just a great hotel overall.

A quick trip with a friend to experience Bali. A twin room overlooking the garden. Good location on the beach but still close to all of the restaurants and shopping in Seminyak. Don't discount walking to Seminyak Central along the beach - it could have been faster than the taxi.

Had a great stay at the Royal Beach. We were there for our first 2 nights in Bali. They collected us from the airport (incl. in our room rate) in the middle of the night, gave us a refreshing drink and towel on arrival and we were still able to order a very nice meal even that late. I was really impressed with the hotel staff; very accommodating, with good English speaking skills. The hotel was great, it was a big hotel but you didn't feel like you were in a big hotel. The food was very good, the gym was great, the pools, everything. The hotel backs on to the beach and is only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area. Yet, when you are in the hotel you feel like you are miles away as its so quiet. We would definately stay again.
