I cannot say enough about this little gem. I have skipped over it every time I’ve stayed in FOCO because it looks a little dated.
BUT this place is great and I will stay again! The kindest staff: I accidentally left a few items and they took the time to call me and ask if I wanted it before they tossed it. When does that ever happen?
The beds are incredibly comfy, front desk guy personally brought me an other blanket within 5 minutes of asking. Didn’t try breakfast but you won’t find great free breakfast at FOCO hotels. My daughter goes to school at CSU and we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This is our new choice on repeat. Thank you Kiva

Very clean , quiet hotel - breakfast was our only let down - very basic but we coped - wouldn't like to spend more than a few nights based on the breakfast compared to our other stays on vacation . Easy in and out from I 25

Place was definitely good for value. My only issue was I had to be present to check in and I couldn’t have another guest check in due to “3rd party booking” which was through hotels.com. I guess if I would’ve booked directly through best western, it wouldn’t have been an issue and I could’ve added the other guests to check in. VERY inconvenient.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was great. It was about a 5 minute drive to CSU campus and lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Just average hotel along a main thoroughfare. Slightly noisy, average amenities and cleanliness. The soaps and shampoo etc barely adequate. Not enough parking for a fully booked hotel, we came back late and had to park in the street. The breakfast not very good.

Photos on website make it seem like it’s a beautiful hotel but it’s definitely not. The room was clean but the hotel itself is in need of a major update. It’s quite old, musty and dark. Also, needs an elevator.

This is an older property with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and small fitness room. The continental breakfast was better than most, and they have hot coffee available 24/7. Gotta love that! The rooms are a decent size, beds comfy with multiple pillows on each bed. The staff is excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and the lovely lady that handles the breakfast. It’s close to Walmart, Home Depot, coffee shops, and liquor stores for emergencies, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Ft Collins.
The only complaint I had was there aren’t enough parking spaces for guest vehicles at night. Some have to park in the back of the hotel, Where half the spaces are leased year round to residents in the RV community next door. I didn’t feel comfortable parking there at night after coming back from dinner.

The best photo you will see is the lobby, the rest of the place could use a facelift. Breakfast was mediocre. The pool sits right off the road so you can watch the traffic go by. A nicer fence and just a touch of greenery would be a huge upgrade. The front desk was friendly.

We stayed just one night but it was super comfortable, clean, with very comfortable beds. The hosts are the owners and very friendly. They provide a nice breakfast. The decor is very cute with the Southwest theme. Parking was a little tight, but there seemed to be a full house and we did find a space very convenient to the front of the hotel. I would stay again and others at breakfast had stayed there before and stated they are always happy with their stays.

Really nice for the price. I was on a cross country drive and just needed a place to sleep but this was better than expected. Its an older property but very clean and comfortable. The only slightly negative feedback is the pillows were kinda flat. Otherwise, a great place.

Friendly staff in this nicely maintained hotel. The only “knock” is that you are hit with a wave of chlorine when you walk in to the lobby and then pop out from your room- from the pool just past the lobby.
