Cool experience of a hotel in old train depot. But elevators didnt work, automatic doors didnt open, inconvenient check in with bags and stroller. Also it seemed like everyroom around us was smoking weed which filtered into our room and we had 2 small children with us which was not ok.

The lobby was gorgeous! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were not in the best shape considering the cost of the room. I was expecting more. Our heater wasn't working right, the window had suspicious black markings. I'm guessing mold. The elevators were broken for the first half of our stay, and of course we were on the 6th floor. We definitely got our steps in. The staff was super friendly and helpful though, one of them even gave us a ride on their staff elevator (thank God).

Couldn’t reach the front desk to ask about wifi. The room fridge was designed to not stay on all the time. Service was soso. Parking was $40 not $35 as is listed in Hotels.com.

A beautiful hotel. The outside and inside of the hotel is just a site to see. Great service and the light show inside the hotel is pretty amazing....Walking distance to the ballpark and Arch and only minutes away from other places with an uber. Overall, a beautiful hotel that takes you back to the time when it was a train station.

Needs an update. This isn’t what I expected from a Hilton Curio collection. The room was just average. Handicap bathroom which looked like it hadn’t been updated in 20 years. Really ugly brown tile and poor water pressure. Very odd hallways and room access through some weird sections of what might have been the hotel but may not have been. Could have been cleaner. I booked this more expensive option so we’d have a nicer stay. Should have just booked the cheaper Fairfield as it was likely cleaner and more updated.

Our experience with the hotel was disappointing, especially for the price we paid. The front desk was understaffed and way behind. Told to come back at 4:00 and room would be ready. No room available at 4:00. We had to pack our luggage around for 2hrs! Finally, got a room at 6pm. Many,many people late for a wedding because of no rooms! Our toilet made loud noise every time you flushed, cold faucet leaked every time we used it, long hair all over bathroom floor. Looked at credit card statement when home, and we were charged $100 more than what reservation stated! Breakfast at Station Grille was excellent!!

I run a car dealership. I know how hard it is to hire/retain employees… Especially good ones.. When I very 1st arrived this past Friday night, I tried to order room service and called for like.. 15 mins… No answer. Not a good first Impression.. But then some man called back saying sorry because they can see the order of the phone calls was missed…(I think manager)…

The room was exceptional. Beds were extremely comfortable. Checked in on a Saturday. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Parking staff were super fast and friendly. Definitely recommended staying.

Shampoo unit in shower was empty. Hair on just not clean bathroom floor. Sticky mess in countertop by TV. Parking was inconvenient. Staff was very unfriendly. It was overall not very clean.

Unfortunately I wish I booked somewhere else. The room was small, outdated, hallways were confusing and too many doors and stairs. Its definitely historic and offers history, but you can experience all of Union Station without the hotel. Simply not worth $300 a night. Nothing was worth returning for.

Nice, clean room. Hotel lobby was impressive and we enjoyed the light shows in the lobby in the evening. We had to pay $40 extra for parking which I did not notice when we booked hotel, lot did have security 24/7. Aquarium and several restaurants were right on the property we only stayed one night and didn’t have to leave. Staff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looked like a nice set up. Would stay here again if we are in the area!

Left my luggage with baggage staff and my personal belongings was stolen while in their possession.
Hotel did nothing about a employee stealing. I’ve been staying here since 2018 and a Hilton Honors member since 2018 .
I’ve spent thousands of dollars staying in Hiltons and was frequently staying here.
I’m canceling my up coming reservations for this hotel and never will stay here again.
Not the first time this than happened at this hotel, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it never happened again.
I gave a hotel employee a gift the night before which was an Olympic Cardinals basketball's jersey for his outstanding customer service he always have.

The check in process took forever since they must be understaffed. We were charged for parking after specifically asking if parking would be an additional charge, and then the staff kept transferring me and being rude when I asked about it. Our first room had water leaking out of the sink and on to the floor. We had to call 3 times just to get the front desk to answer and move us which they did do quickly. The new room had no toilet paper and we had to call at least 4 more times for more. Also there were dead birds plastered to the skylights above the hallways…. This hotel is very overpriced and the staff if struggling. Not worth the money at all.

Union Station in St. Louis is beautiful. The Grand Hall did not disappoint. My only issue with this property was the lackluster service. We called the front desk twice and physically went to the front desk to request maid service. We finally gave up on maid service (we never got it) and just begged for more towels. We did get towels, but for the price of the room, I would have expected better.

Very upset to check in and have to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready. They comped us breakfast at hotel restaurant but talking to people in line around us they just flat messed up booking with cubs-cards doubleheader that day.
A hotel this big shouldn’t make mistakes like that.

As soon as my family and I walked into the hotel, we were immediately greeted by the beautiful lobby. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Maps of the hotel layout were provided, but was easy to navigate after a day or two. Our room was stunning, and was very clean. Housekeeping made sure our room stayed in pristine condition. The valet staff were very friendly, and our car was always waiting for us by the time we came down from our room. I would definitely stay here again.
