A great place to stay.

I always stay at this hotel when I go home but this time was so stressful. Jac/Zac at the front desk is a very nice guy but like all humans we make mistakes. I was told I didn't pay for my room, I told him I prepaid on line showed him my receipts I still was told to call hotels.com because they didn't process the payment and it's better to book with the hotel. I ask why what is the price difference by booking with hotels.com I got a better rate he agreed, hotels.com called him that was fixed. But a hour later I'm billed 503.90 from the htl, come on went back to front desk had to go thru everything again to get my money back took 2 days and I traveled to La, smh well that was fixed. Now day 2 my room didn't get cleaned Jac tells me again it's their fault because he made modifications to my stay. I had to go buy broom and things to clean the room now I have to wash our towels because he said they were out of towels I told him one of the light bulbs was out and no cold water in the bathroom sink. I got so many excuses from the front desk it just made me more upset because they were blaming me for their mistakes Overall Housekeeping done their job with excellent no fault of theirs at all. I'm so happy to be home, slept for 9 hours

The fourth floor had a horrid smell and was like a sauna. The a/c in the room worked overtime, and it never cooled down. I may as well have just kept driving down the road as I got very little sleep. What sleep I got was poor. I never leave negative reviews. But I just could not let this one slide, especially for the cost of the room. Utterly ridiculous.

We arrived late and check in was easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge. Plenty of towels, pillows and linens for our large family. Breakfast buffet was excellent and late checkout availability at noon made us not feel rushed.

Not completely renovated as advertised.

Nice place to stay

We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described by hotel nor did it match any pictures on the website. So disappointed!

The shower door did not seal at all and the floor was covered in water. I would imagine this has been reported before. We stayed 2 nights and the room was never serviced. Seems like house keeping is not doing a very good job. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

We were in town for a sporting event and enjoyed our stay here very much.

Our Stay was amazing! This is the 4th consecutive year we have held our family trip at Homewood Suites Bossier, about 40 of us from La & Tx share the site as a central connection to family fun. We look forward to future stays at the hotel. .

Convenient location, but renovations ongoing.

Great stay. The property is updated and the rooms are large, very clean and well decorated.

Under construction and smelled of paint. Messes everywhere. Check in said no feathers in the room and there were and they could not find other non feather pillows

The staff was very helpful and very friendly.

We entered the hotel later due to my son’s baseball game. The hallways smelled terrible, when entering the room it looked like someone had just came and made the bed. In the morning after waking up I went to take a shower and a cockroach crawled across the floor and there was mold all over the shower. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel is in a nice area but we did not know at the time of booking that it is was undergoing a floor by floor redecorating...we were on the 3rd floor which had just been finished and looked & smeeled like a brand place. The room was spotless and modern with all new furniture, mattresses, wood floors and full kichen. It was a great stay.
