3 day stay. On day 2 requested a change of towels only 3 separate times and it never happened. The next day we left the DND placard off the door figuring they would come in and clean the room and then change the towels. They did not. When checking out the next day they eventually refunded the cheapest of the three days as compensation.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and my son enjoyed the fitness facility.

Property was very nice. My son loved the pool. It was a great temperature. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Upon arrival, the front desk greeted and checked us in promptly, provided guidance on hotel, and was very pleasant. The next morning, breakfast service was excellent, with clean seating and serving area's. The options for breakfast were great, catering to everyone. We stayed 2nd floor, near the end stairwells and used those several times during our stay, there were 2 steps that were missing the rubber tread guard. The king room was comfortable and accommodating for a 1 night stay. Mini fridge was convenient, but did have an odor. Though we did not use the pool or gym this trip, both were a decent size, with nice blue towels provided. The back patio was beautiful. Really a highlight of the property that we took advantage of, from the lovely pergolas strung with lights and comfy furniture to lounge, to the bar height seating at the fire pit table, it truly sparked! Would recommend this hotel for long or short term stays.

The pool area was not clean and we couldn't even swim due to how dirty it was.

Great location! Plenty of places to eat and shop. Hotel is newer, clean and staff is friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Would have preferred the bathroom and shower to be cleaner. The lobby seating area was left trashy from guest. I saw staff several times clean it up so not blaming staff but was just shocked to see so much trashed left behind throughout my stay.

Frustrating when the outlets don’t work on base of table lamp. Especially when you use a CPAP and are trying to figure out another option.

The staff was very polite and welcoming, friendly and professional. The property and room were very clean. It was quiet and seemed very safe. Breakfast was ok but we were slightly disappointed that there was no waffle iron or pancake maker.

Built in 2017, everything was clean and updated. We didn’t use pool or exercise room- but they looked inviting. Comfortable bed and linens. Good breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Fairfield inn is probably the best hotels I've ever stayed in I've never had a problem with any of them the one in Altoona the extremely friendly everything is clean beautiful walking in I absolutely no problems at all it stated one other hotel for two days I'd booked the quality inn and will never stay again had to be moved four different times in two days due to petting that was filthy and one commode that completely overfilled another TV they could not work and then drilling into walls at 3:30 in the morning was not compensated there or anything as such an knew I'd have no problem at the Fairfield inn I'd never booked the other one and needless to say my mother will never book it again neither so out of a weekend away at least we had one night at a clean comfortable Hotel which we extended one night just to stay here or the weekend would ruined thank you again Fairfield inn for your service and thank you to all the employees you are so appreciated thank you for selling Gordon
