handicapped accessible room door didnt shut unless you used force to shut it. door look was loose...had to baracade door. all vending machines were down

very clean and they accommodated me by having my room ready when I arrived at 10:30 AM. The girl who checked me in was very nice and pleasant!

We have stayed here twice and love the location and great value. Always the employees are very nice

I didn't like our bathroom. I wish I would have known it was handicap accessible

The breakfast was great and easy access to the rooms.

The beds were rather stiff and uncomfortable without adjustments. Also asked a staff member at the front desk one more requesting room service and it wasn’t followed through. I had to go to the front desk after hours to request extra towels and wash cloths.

Got room with walk in shower but no way to keep water off floor and cracked bottom of shower. Only chair in room wasn't comfortable nor adjustable so not good for handicapped person.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.

They didn’t have room keys that worked. The food was cold. The elevator shook and made noises.

Loved that it had a bathtub for the kids.

I like that Breakfast started early. Solid easy breakfast, nothing exciting but hit the spot, did its job. Waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, juices, and Good coffee. The staff was friendly and outgoing with their pleasant offers of assistance. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were nice. The room smelled fine. I was honestly overall very pleasantly surprised

The hallway to my room was a little eerie. I didnt LOVE the bathroom setup, that was a little weird. It took me a long time to find the secret inner curtain to close to block the people in the parking lot from seeing in my room. I had wished there was a slice of cheese in my breakfast sandwich & breakfast ham rather than sausage. I wish there was hashbrowns and a grits. With a free Washington Post to raid the crossword puzzle. That would take the breakfast from fair to outstanding. But for real, my expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprised, very well rested, caffeinated and my belly full before I headed to work for the day

A great motel at a great price

I have stayed there before, and did not have any issues last time. Breakfast was okay, nothing to get excited about. Staff was friendly, and mostly the place was quiet.

When I arrived they did not have my reservation, and claimed something must have happened from your end, and it never reached to their end. I thankfully had my paperwork with me, and after waiting a few minutes they decided to cancel my cheaper reservation, and put in their own reservation, which cost me a little over $6 more, but I was just thankful to have a room. That was the first time I ever had a problem. They were concerned I would be double charged, but so far I have not been.
