The view is amazing, lobby is so high end and staff are amazing but i think the room definitely need an refurbishment
4.6
Fantastic service. Especially the porters who were super helpful. The rooms are starting to feel dated compared to other luxury accommodations, but it's still very solid and better than average. Great water pressure, really hot water. Decent sized rooms. Great location. I think the only real downside is that rooms are a little dark.
4.6
First of all I had to pay 3,000 yen to use the gym, the staff is not flexible at all, no sense of hospitality and I will never go back.
4.6
This hotel was amazing to stay. It was our honeymoon and we stayed in one of the club rooms. Check-in was a breeze. Room was great, with a nightly turndown service. Staff were friendly and helpful. The club lounge had amazing views of Tokyo Tower with drinks and snacks. We would definitely come back again!
4.6
The hotel was very nice, however, consiidering that it had 33 floors, it had only one lounge up on the 33rd floor and only one smoking room in the basement. You couldn't out in front of the hotel in the open air.
4.6
Great location, excellent service.
Family vacation, 6 nights.
4.6
General hotel public areas were fine. Guest rooms, and restaurants very much outdated.
Staff in the rooftop 33rd floor were very rude and dismissive. Staff does not speak any English. I spent the entire week using Japanese words such as arigato (thank you) and they hardly know thank you in English given their US guest population. Very odd. Disrespectful. Location is great. Hotel just ok!

Great hotel. Great view. Is a little tired but impecable.
This will be a great hotel to be renew
Location is perfect next to the hottest area in Tokyo.
4.6
The hotel was outstanding in terms of cleanliness. The service by all staff was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
4.6
Great location, good facility but the room was a little dated.
4.6
Stunning hotel. Great staff service! You have to pay extra for the pool and other amenities... That was a bit weird. Not sure why not mentioned when booking... $30AUD a day PER PERSON to use a pool, when spending $300AUD a day for a room is a bit much...

This is truly one, if not, my favorite hotel in Japan.

Amazing views of the Tokyo Tower from our room and breakfast area.

Three things that definitely need improvement ASAP: the attitude of the porters (the first person who greeted us was rude), how to deliver negative messages in emails and breakfast quality and arrangements. We told the porter that we reserved a room on the club floor. We arrived at noon and knew our room would not be ready. However, it would have been more pleasant if the porter had suggested that we could approach the reception and ask about the situation of our room. Let the more experienced FO staff handle communication with club floor guests so we indeed feel special. Also, check-in was lengthy for us because there was a lot of information given. FO staff could easily tell us to come back at 2/2:30pm instead of us getting turned away right at the entrance. Mind you, there wasn’t a queue at the reception at that time. We didn’t get to see our beautiful room until around 3:45pm. I would also like to suggest that the staff who replies guests’ email should avoid stating the negative response directly. More positive news and buffer should be added before breaking the bad news. Finally, breakfast was CHAOTIC and the food quality was not five-star. The hotel probably think the Tokyo Tower view would make up for it. We hope the hotel would consider adding a few special items exclusive for club floor guests and allow us to make a reservation on the day before. A few tables should be saved for club floor guests. In my opinion, it’s NOT WORTH paying for the club experience.

I’m disappointed I booked this hotel, they charge to use amenities when part of the reason you book a “luxury” hotel is to have access to additional features not having to pay 10-15% of what you pay extra to use Gym, Spa, and other amenities.
There’s no soundproofing, every night from 9-11pm I could hear stomping from my upstairs neighbor.

From our room, we had a lovely view of the red Tokyo tower. Thank you staff for making our stay pleasurable.

We loved the hotel and the inhouse dining options. The staff was excellent in all regards and we had a great time.
Hotel is close to transportation providing options to explore different areas of the city.

Fantastic rooms and service. Traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing!
Close to subway with taxis on-sight.

It was just a wonderful overall experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful and incredibly prompt. You can tell the care about the quality of service and accommodations received by their guests.

Stayed Tokyo tower side. Excellent views. Enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel and facility. Friendly staff.

great hotel great staff

Not great, room wasn’t ready at 3pm and we asked for late checkout but only offered extra 1hr. Check small print before booking, we discovered policy only allows over 20yr old for pool. Old and tired hotel, for same price as four seasons we won’t be staying here again.
4.6
Good view from the room I had but everything inside of the room was outdated and was subpar to other hotels I’ve been to

Great location

Perfect hotel for all things Tokyo. Always had a nice line of taxi cabs out front. The staff were very friendly and plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable.

Great stay for our family of 3 and we each had a bed in the same room. Spacious for Tokyo standards.

We had a great time here.

This is a beautiful hotel right next to the Tokyo Tower. It is clean, walkable to the train station and restaurants and in a great location.
4.6
It was a very nice, clean and good service. The room is huge compare with the other hotels we stayed, room service everyday and friendly staff. The only downside is there are no nearby restaurants, few minutes the stations (at least 3 stations I think). The cherry on top is Tokyo tower is just right there… and other major tourist attractions nearby. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Very comfortable stay.

If you go to Tokyo this hotel is a must!

Staff are kindness

The only thing I want to complain is the check-in process. I booked a room type called adjacent room which essentially is two connecting rooms and that's how I was charged - two separate room charges into one. However when I checked in, the staff told me the adjacent room doesn't mean they are connected and they are already sold out on the connecting room. Obviously, the English language is still an issue with the Japanese people. I had to say No to them as I booked this specific room type for our family of 4 with two teenagers. They spent almost an hour trying to find a solution. Finally a supervisor was called up and he kindly offered to upgrade us to higher floor with Tokyo tower views but still separate rooms. It was amazing view outside our window. This settled all our unpleasantness. We will come back just for the stunning view while sleeping.

breakfast buffet on 33/f is my number 1 terrible experience ever in Hotel, Japan! i was looking for a normal 5 star hotel environment in which i expected a nice and quiet moment, however, the western guys sitting right next to me was on his phone throughout the breakfast; the chinese group on the other sides was chatting as their usual; the middle east guy right in front of me stirring his mug like hammering it; those hong kong ladies speaking like in their standing comedy; and then , for most of the time, your staff were standing at the entrance.
i didn’t blame them but should your staff did anything about it? i have been witnessing such a familiar stories throughout the Japan’ hotels even in a 3 star rated 1. Their staff were risking their lives to protect such culture so many times.
BTW, I have NEVER ever had my japanese breakfast without a proper tray in Japan. Look at my Japanese food! What a shame to have a japanese breakfast looks like it, isn’t it?
Sorry, very very low standards in environment ! very very low standard in services. I will Never come back again and my friends will never come, too. your brought the standards of 5 star hotel into a new low level.

Highly recommended. Loved that we had a balcony and a view of the tower and facing Shiba Park. Their restaurants are very good, too. I will stay here again.
