The room was freezing as the air on in the room was broken. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone to repair it. The repairman said he had to fix it for the people prior- so they knew it was an issue and ignored it!
The hallway smelled of mildew and you can see a water stain on the carpet. The paint in the shower is peeling off the ceiling.
We had a room with a balcony, but no chairs to enjoy it outside.
The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows sucked.
The swimming pool was down for maintenance and the car park was under construction, no notice if this prior to our booking.
The location was good.
Overrated hotel, will not stay there again. Definitely not up to the Hilton standards.

Not so good. When we checked in there were about 6 people in line and only one attendant. Didn’t know I would be charged $15.00 for parking. No blankets on the bed,after two requests had to finally go down and get them. Shower gel was empty when I got in the shower. I don’t think I should have to pay $2.00 for a bottle of water in the room.
A complimentary breakfast would have been nice, something light instead of $15.00 per person.
Also coming in from the parking garage there were no carts to help with luggage and it was a long walk.

I like staying at the DoubleTree. It is a great location that is close to shopping and restaurants.

Make sure you ask for a printed itemized receipt, because if you need it later, they will NOT provide it. I have been dealing with them for two weeks trying to get an itemized receipt, they keep saying I have to get it from Expedia; however, Expedia doesn't have the cost of the parking or any purchases I made from the hotel store. Kayla, the manager will not even return my call.

The bed felt “cheap” with just the frame, and every time you moved, it squeaked. I know aesthetically they look nice, but uncomfortable and noisy. Our toilet did run a lot, has to fix the tank multiple times to get it to stop running, just like home! 😃

$15 for parking is a joke, you get free parking almost anywhere else. Lost a lot of money just because the wifi didn’t work for our entire stay. Talked about it with front desk and guess what? “There’s nothing we can do”. i always stay at Hilton Hotels but this time might have been the last one.

Our room was fine except the toilet barely flushed. We were worried our fridge wasn’t working but it didn’t eventually get cold. The jacuzzi and pool were great until a huge group of 50 kids came without any adults and were throwing balls that even hit me and they used all the towels and ruined our time. Someone had dripped sticky crud from the parking to the front desk and then everyone walked through it all night so the floor was sticking the rest of the trip. I think they even had a bucket to catch drips from the ceiling in the lobby! Checking in took a very long time and the parking thing wasn’t working so people would take forever waiting for it to work and realizing the directions were wrong. The restaurant workers were nice. All that to say, the people were friendly and tried to help. But I couldn’t wait to leave!

Wonderful place with a very nice park to walk my dog. Would have been nice if they had dog trash and bags.
I asked to have my room serviced twice as I travel with a service dog and they didn’t do it, so for the 3 night no one came to service my room. At reception the lady was quite rude saying she couldn’t have someone do the room at a certain time, I don’t think many people ask to have their room made between 9am - 1pm. Maid came by at 4pm and I was back in my room so they didn’t do it. It seems they find any excuse to not service rooms.
Place was full extremely noisy and a kid pulled the fire alarm which was very annoying.

Beautiful hotel. Didn't really interact with the employees so can't speak to service. The gate to get out of the paid parking garage doesn't not work with digital key. The pool is NOT open 24/7 like the app says. We would've changed our plans so we could get a swim in if we had known they closed the pool @ 11 p.m. Also, the elevators are finicky. We didn't get cookies, I guess because we didn't check in at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed to recover from a minor surgery. Everyone was so gracious and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. My room overlooked a forest of trees and had a lovely view of the sunset. Walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. Very quiet!

Asked for a refund & was told to go thru Expedia. Expedia called the hotel & they said the room was non-refundable & they weren’t booked. LIARS!!!

The refrigerator didn't work, only decaf coffee in room, drapes were broke, and plumbing was very loud. Could hear elevator shaft all night. Maids would just sit outside rooms and were very loud. Wifi didn't work. Was among the worst hotel stays I have had.

The only thing is I wish the pillows were bigger. Did not seem they were even standard size. Also, we came back later. We asked for a blanket and never got a return call. I was cold. My husband was not. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful!
