I enjoyed the stay, the staff was extremely friendly

Front desk was rude when I requested assistance during a Saturday morning breakfast. It was only 9:15 am, and no one there but me, and the only pot of hot breakfast which is oatmeal was already empty and no one there to ask so I went to the front desk and advised her of the situation. Her response was shocking: "IT'S NOT MY JOB" . I told her if she can just send someone to check or replenish the food. When the staff came and seeing that I'm the only one there, she rudely accused me of leaving the bread plastic cover/flap open. WHY DID YOU LEAVE THE FLAP OPEN? IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED. And I have not even started getting my breakfast. And why even tell your guests that? There is no excuse for talking to your guests like that. And they're only serving continental breakfast and cannot maintain it? The lady who managed it on weekdays was great. She kept it clean and replenished and very friendly. Kudos to Barbara. Sad that she is not there on weekends. The bathroom is also not clean: toilet has water stains and vent ducts had thick black dust in bathroom wall. When I checked out on Sunday am and asked for a printout of my bill, the front desk clerk printed it but asked me to walk in and grab it from the printer myself. Why, if all she has to do is grab it and hand to me?

It was pretty clean and had the basics you expect from a hotel it was nice.

Only one thing to improve is breakfast menu for example by adding some protein options such as scrambled eggs, chicken, etc.

The tub flooded every time I used it to take a shower. My small child and I both had to take a shower in a bunch of water (water was passed both our ankles) had to keep turning off the water and waiting 3-5 minutes for water to drain completely out.

We enjoyed our stay Mike had checked us in and he was very friendly went above and beyond and in the morning for breakfast Barbara was very nice and sweet and very helpful. This hotel was clean and had enough towels and friendly. I would stay here again.

Dirty and unsafe area around the hotel. There was a dead rat in parking lot.

Compliments to Darrell, the friendly welcoming face at check-in. Compliments also to Barbara(?), the breakfast lady. She was cheerful, engaging, and helpful.

I think the property is overrated, very scketchy my next door neighbors have the door open like they are selling something, who knows what’s gonna happen later at night.

Pool was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t great, got sick from it

The dark male at front desk was very friendly nice and helpful always had a smile and was happy to help however the other 2 lady’s at the front desk were not helpful at all were in a bad mood spoke very unprofessionaly. We were unable to get extra towels since they said they didn’t have any clean ones and did say they would take us some to room 2 days later nothing. Elevator did not work and we were not told that which was hard traveling with a toddler and being on 3rd floor. Breakfast was not the greatest pretty much stale yogurt or cereal. The 3rd floor smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there. We could hear dogs barking even though no pets aloud and also freeway can be heard and can be pretty loud. Also beds made lots of sound when getting on and off bed. AC worked well but was also loud.

Very pleasant

Enjoyed my stay. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but the pillows were amazing. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave.

The staff really helped me out and had a wonderful stay. Quiet. Slept well.

Staff was friendly

Had problems with bathroom door. It would not close. Room smelled bad. Poor breakfast area.

The front desk staff were AWAYS more involved with personal conversations than they were about providing guest services. When I asked for access to the 3rd floor ice machine I was questioned as to why. When I said that the one on the first floor was out of order the interrogation continued, “how do you know”? I replied, “because the sign says so”. I needed another card key for access to the third floor. The breakfast selection was pathetic, but the hostess/server was very friendly.

Including breakfast is a joke! Literally only toast and oatmeal only and no coffee. You have to go to the lobby for the coffee. The front desk was super nice. The room was ok it is small. But if you are booking because it includes breakfast don’t book here.
