Only thing missing was a hot tub

I absolutely loved our stay, the beds were not the most comfortable but the hotel is the best in the area and they have a convent restaurant in the lobby . Very family friendly and couple

The hotel is in the perfect location and was very nice. However, there was a lot of riffraff just hanging around in the parking garage and wandering around in the hotel. They were not staying at the hotel… Just lingering around. Even in the stairwell. If there was security, walking around the parking garage, it would’ve been better.

The hotel is located to some historical sites of Muskegon, Michigan.

quaint little downtown area with many places to eat and shop, just a short walk from hotel. The gardens and landscape beautifully done in entire local area. Hotel room/bed /linens/pillows were top notch. Will stay again if in the area

An average hotel with paper thin walls. The bed was not very comfortable and air conditioning took forever to cool the room down. Bike Time was happening (unbeknownst to us when we booked) and the noise was quite loud from the bikes and crowds, both inside the hotel and out.

Our room was more updated. However, the edges of the wall paper was peeling, the ceiling paint was bubbling and turning black. The shower drain backed up just after 30 seconds.

We were double charged for our room.

Front desk gentleman nice and knowledgeable. Room clean. Kinda smells like they use to smoke in the hotel. Bathroom was decent. Hairs on the shower floor when we arrived. Bathroom could benefit from an exhaust fan. Parking connected and free. Quite a bit to see in walking distance.

It was a nice hotel off of downtown. The restaurant, Walker’s, was reasonably priced, with a $14.00 breakfast buffet for adults and $7.00 for kids.

When you walk in, it’s smelled so nice and the lobby area was so clean. The room was clean however the bathroom had a few garbage items on the floor and the sink was slow to drain and was backed up. Since we only stayed for 2 days it was not worth complaining to anyone about.

Beds were super comfy. Bathroom door was a little weird. Spacious room! Breakfast was good, but pricey. Great location by some good restaurants.

Great location walking distance to shop and restaurants. We came in on the Lake Ferry which made this an easy drive to hotel. Hotel window view undesirable.

Nothing special. For the price I paid I could have had a better experience elsewhere. The air conditioner in the room was super loud and even louder when I powered off. I let the front desk know my 1st day and 2nd day. They supposedly "checked it out" while we were out but there was no difference. It was me my husband and 2 children in a double queen room. The fridge is half the size of any mini fridge I've had in previous hotel rooms...and there was ONE drawer in the room for all four of us to put our things in. I had called previous to checking in and was told we would be able to use the pool on the day of checkout even after our check out time. The day came and they said we could not. The pool was nothing like the pictures water was green and the decks windows that brought in sunlight were covered for part of our 3 day stay while they were doing some kind of outdoor work. Restaurant had the friendliest manager I've ever spoken to and she tried so hard to be accommodating but unfortunately the restaurant food in the hotel was terrible. The breakfast buffet was decent nothing memorable. I've always stayed at holiday inns and been satisfied I just wanted to try something different this time but I would not stay again.

Roads were closed around the property making it difficult to get around, not sure if there was a festival going on or something. Overall happy with the property and would stay here again

Only complaint is bed mattress was not comfortable. That might be more of a personal opinion. Very clean and friendly service.

We were not impressed. The cleaning crew was loud and annoying. They played loud music and sang well past 7pm. There was medication left on the carpet in the hall in front of the rooms they had cleaned. Our room was ok but there was a bottle cap under tne sink that shoukd have been caught if they had swept the bathroom floor and there were hairs on the clean towels. We were on a staycation and used points for part of the cost. However I still paid over $100 and expected more. At the very least a clean and relaxing space. The man who checked us in was fantastic and really helpful. He was the best part of the hotel in my opinion. Due to the really good location, I hope the owners find room for improvement.

The beds are terrible. I would expect a hotel at this price point to have better mattresses. Walls and carpet are worn down. Staff was not super friendly. It is conveniently located and the restaurant is pretty good. However it is overpriced for the quality. This will be my last stay here.

Having access to a gym and a pool for early morning exercise was really important. Also, the staff was very responsive and very professional. When I reported that the sink was clogged, maintenance was available to fix it within minutes.

Great location, nice clean rooms. Easy parking.

Muskegon is uniquely uncrowded and urban at the same time. Marriott was similarly peaceful but luxurious.
