I needed an extended stay due to personal reasons. The place is afordable. Every employee at the reception had a great attitude.

The room was dusty and very dirty. The bathroom was horrendous. The bathtub was the worst i have seen,rust and mildew all over.

I have sayed in this Motel multiple times. Some rooms are decent, some are in really bad condition. I stay because it is inexpensive. Cleaning and maintenance really needs to improve. Please, use lysol for cleaning. A lot of your rooms smell bad. Buy you can make a huge change of experience if you use lysol or pinsol on you floors to clean and deodorize.

The stay was good. The only thing that we didn't like was the pillows not being thick and the pillow cases stained and the people staying upstairs being to noisy at night dragging things at night.

When I arrived the help was on his phone the whole time I was checking in. Once I found where the room was I booked. There were people in the parking lot smoking pipes of drugs. On The stairs near my room people smoking Marijuana . Once in the room. I really wanted to shower. The bathroom looked dirty . The bathtub has plaster and paint in the bottom of the tub. The porcelain was not clean. The corners of the ceils to shower were very dirty. A bath was out of the question. The water was coming out yellow. The floor in the room had my feet black. So gross. The water in the sink area stunk bad. The dresser was missing drawers and handles. The bed was very hard. It was an emergency visit. As my son was hospitalized due to emergency heart surgery. I traveled 9 hours. I would never book a room here again. The nurse at the hospital asked where I found a room. I told her and she said she knows that area is a bad area.

I loved my stay it was great it was clean the people were so friendly and helpful great rooms easy access and in walking distance to all the good places I highly recommend, and I will be returning again

Room was very nice, except the A/C did not work. I had to spend 2nights in a sweat box. The MOD couldn’t guarantee somebody would be able to get there to fix it since it was the weekend.

This motel was very run down. The 1st Room Given to us The refrigerator didn't work The bathtub was cracked the lamps didn't work.
Ⅱ room given to us was better but there was something on the floor that made our feetl' black.
The office people Friendly enough And sort of helpful But the overall stay was not desirable or fun.
Outside the rooms There were cigarette butts everywhere And garbage

It was very comfortable for the price I paid versus others that charged more and offer less. The staff were welcoming and kind

We stayed for one night. We weren't able to get into the first two rooms we were assigned to because the locks on the doors weren't unlocking with the key cards. We were finally able to get into the third room we tried. The shower didn't drain and there was mold in the bathroom. There was also a strong smell of incense throughout the whole building and the microwave was dirty. If you are in a pinch, this would be a cheaper option to stay at, but I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay. Spending a little more money for a place to stay somewhere else would be worth it.

Not at all the modern Rodeway Inn we expected. Although clean and comfortable, it was in our opinion a “cheap hotel experience“ We will look at another chains in the future. For one night it was sufficient.

Room wasn't very clean. Bathroom shower still had hair from previous guest, in addition to their towel still hanging on the back of the door. Bedding has holes in the sheets. Towels and bedding were stained. Both chairs in the room were dirty and stained. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot and in front of our hotel room. If there had been another vacancy elsewhere we would have left.

It’s a great location and very affordable stay but very outdated furniture and old beddings. There were lots of holes on the sheets. Also refrigerator is working but not cooling. We told this to receptionist and his response was all refrigerators are the same.

This was mediocre at best. When we arrived, the mini fridge was broken, the door wouldn't bolt shut, and the tv wouldn't work either. Beds were pretty stiff.

Front desk had excellent service and hospitality! Air conditioner worked very well for the hot weather. Room was clean but shower/tub was dated and plastic tub was literally falling apart. Great water pressure and hot water! Accommodations served our purpose for the inexpensive price and location.

If I wanted to be covered in ants I’d have gone camping. I was woken up all night by the loud air conditioning, Thankfully the air worked! They didn’t have breakfast as advertised, but even worse was when my husband went with the ant covered towel the manager SCREAMED at him that it was only 7:27 and he needed to wait THREE MORE MINUTES! There’s no daily maid service and good luck getting towels! We were afraid after the manager went off! I knew it was going to be basic, but ants and angry staff, I’ll pass!!
