It was a nice trip, I had couple issues that the front desk and other staff took care of quickly... And they have a bar on property that was a nice extra

It was the filthiest worst place I've ever seen. Felt like a horror movie. It was so terrible and filthy I left and ended up sleeping in my car in a parking lot. I felt more comfortable in my car in a strange parking lot then I did at this place. The door lock had to be forced. There was a gab between where you could see outside and vise versa. There where some kind of brackets someone had screwed into the door frame to be able to put a bar or something to keep the door secure. The curtain was held on in one corner by a screw and was unable to close. The air conditioner did not have a cover over it and wires where hanging. There was a TV hanging on the wall but no remote. When we tried to turn it on, on the TV, we found that no channels were available. We then discovered that the TV was plugged in the wall but no cable or any wifi. As we tried to move the desk under the TV to get to the plug, the desk fell apart and landed on my foot bc it was held together by tape. After it fell apart and moved away from the wall about 50 roaches scrambled. Wires were hanging from the ceiling and there were many holes in the wall we plugged with toilet paper because I felt it was a peep hole. The walls were dirty. I was afraid to even sit on the bed. Roaches everywhere. No privacy or security. I was in a pinch with a small budget and had low expectations for the area and price, but I never expected it to be that bad. Apparently it is a place for drugs and prostitution and not the average...

U didn’t stay here because the room was riddled in graffiti and roaches it was unsanitary and huge frankly unsafe for dwelling would not recommend this hotel it needs to be shut down

Do "maintenance" issue was not able to stay the location but was not told about the issue until I arrive at 4 pm. Based on the number of people that left while I was working with hotels.com support it was not just a small number of rooms that were impacted.

I didn’t like anything other then semi clean shower , bed was ok air barely worked , ppl out loud late at night and the club on Friday night was super loud until nearly 4am door barely shut and locked had roaches I wouldn’t recommend it I only got it cause it was $100 for 2 nites now I no why

A total disgrace: animals eating on the floor of the parking lot and relieving themselves in front of the accommodation, extension cords in the reception area which was totally dilapidated, no electricity in the room, no air conditioning, a totally unhealthy room, insects everywhere in the room and on the bedding, an absolute disgrace which I reported to hotels.com.

I didnt like anything the staff was horrible and charged extra fees for no reason. We jad to bomb the room because of the amount of roaches. Everything was nasty and unclean the staff wouldnt give us clean towels or bedding and the bed in our first 2 rooms were broke and sinking in in the middle

This place is a joke, the hotel we had was despicable I wish I could upload videos. There was mold all over the room and i traveled with a baby. Our key card never worked to get inside of the room. DONT BOOK HERE, pay the extra amount and spend your money somewhere worth it. It was simply disgusting.

Room was extremely dirty. Had roaches, no shower curtain, ac was giving out during stay. They used a bed sheet to cover the window in the room. (You can still see through it). Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend

stayed here for three weeks with my boyfriend . through the three weeks we had four different rooms . and while when you first walk into the room , it looks great , dont get too comfortable . every inch of every room is infested with roaches ! and good luck getting any type of room service without checking out and into a new room . we were asking for clean towels for four days before we decided to just move rooms . they dont sweep or mop or clean the floors in any way when you check out . they only kind of clean the most obvious areas and they even somehow barley do that . the tv loses signal more often that it has signal . the refrigerator/freezer WILL be missing pieces , or just not work at all . nor will it be clean . every room weve been in has some type of holes in the walls , mismatched paint jobs , half ass repair jobs , grimes / residues all throughout the bathroom / shower , you probably wont have a lid on the toilet

Room door was already open, room was dirty. Crackheads or whatever they were hanging out around the room.... Trash/food on the ground and cats were lingering. Just over nasty and unsafe and we did not stay there.

Hotel is filthy, I’m still waiting on a refund right now! They’re denying my refund even though I never slept a night there! The whole environment is nothing what the pictures are! It’s terrible no one please book here! I should’ve took pictures but I was just ready to gtf out of there! Had drove 7 hours that night just to book a room that had roaches and dirty bed sheets!

My recent stay at Travel Inn Humble was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were severely lacking. The presence of roaches in our room was absolutely unacceptable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of housekeeping throughout our entire stay. We were left with no choice but to take matters into our own hands and wash our own sheets. This is not what we expected when paying for a hotel stay, and it is certainly not the level of service we deserve.
Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Travel Inn Humble charges extra for extended stays. This felt like an unnecessary and unfair additional expense after already enduring such a disappointing experience.
Overall, I cannot express how disappointed I am with the Travel Inn Humble. The lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping, and additional charges for extended stays have left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

The worst place i have stayed , i booked for two nights but i had to spend 1 night coz i was scared of my dear life. I think it's for homeless and drug users. People smoking on the stairs and too much noise. Someone knocked on my door looking so suspicious which made me to leave that place immediately. Cheap is expensive. I don't recommend it for anyone
