Nice room, nice pool, good breakfast- close to PDX airport, pets allowed. Only problem- very sketchy homeless on three sides of hotel. Not a safe feeling, especially at night. If you are catching a flight and don’t plan to go for a walk, it’s a good hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The ladies at the front desk went out of their to help with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, updated and clean. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of transient people. Seeing a sidewalk camp or someone pushing a shopping cart loaded with all their personal belongings is not uncommon. There is only one tavern within a quick walking distance. If you go across a busy street is a Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s and some other restaurants. It’s a place to stay if you’re going to the airport or something nearby (like the hospital) because the price is right, not because of anything else. Oh and caution, they jack the price up (by $100) when there’s something going on. That’s insane.

Quiet, very clean and comfortable

Very nice room, surprisingly quiet considering the amount of business surrounding the area as well as the close proximity to a freeway. The pool was refreshing albeit a bit small with only a 5' deep end. A jacuzzi would have been nice. The only other gripe was that the water pressure in the sink and shower was a bit low. But other than that, a really nice place with friendly staff.

We booked this hotel because it was one of our only options for a last-minute soccer tournament. Everything was fine until the second day when we returned from a long day of games and found our door cards not working. We were very concerned because our privacy tag was on the ground, and we feared someone might have broken into our room or the hotel had given it to another guest. I rushed to the lobby, but no one was there, so I had to call the number on the door. When I finally spoke to someone, they said that despite our Expedia booking and my husband confirming the dates at check-in, one staff member had only set our cards for one night, causing them to reset. I asked about the fallen privacy tag, and she said it could have been blown off by the wind or a passerby, so it wouldn’t ensure privacy. If you value privacy, bring tape to secure the tag. Anyway, it was a lot of stress for no reason.

This place was great. What actually made it great was the welcome we got on arrival. The person at the front desk asked what floor we preferred and then went on to ask if we would rather a shower with a tub vs a stand up shower. We had a baby with us so that was so helpful to have a tub. The breakfast area was so clean and there was a good selection. Also, the pool - I’m picky and hate cold pools but I was able to just jump in and enjoy without getting cold. It was so nice! I felt like we were in a safe area and would most certainly stay here again!

OK but wondered why we got a wheel chair compatible bathroom. No carpeting. Clerk said that was the only room available. Really? We booked at least a week ahead of time.

It is a quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel that I will definitely book again. The beds are incredibly soft and the breakfast was perfect.

The property was in a great locations, for a decient price, and I had no major issues. I would certainly book again.

The recently renovated and well appointed room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I had my doubts about the neighborhood upon first arrival, but it turned out to be fairly quiet, and seemed safe through all hours. And, the provided breakfast was above average, with a staff member making sure everything was clean, well-stocked, and operating optimally.

Nice remodel of rooms, clean nice staff. Close to lots of food and shopping. Was unsure about safety of the area due to family's feedback.

First room we got put in smelled so bad of Marijuana we had to ask to be moved. Was told rooms had to be checked before we couldget a room.

Construction going on. Don't stay if you want to relax with peace and quiet. Showers are hot as hell or cold as ice. Lots of activity in neighborhood. Location not great.

The toilet came pre clogged and there was no plunger so we couldn’t fix it. Mighty inconvenient when we got it around 8pm for a single night. The heater was off when we came in and the beds had the thinnest blanket you have ever seen, wild for late fall. There were no extra blankets so it was a cold night. The towels were similar to sandpaper. It was quiet, clean, and we felt safe, but that’s all I can say.
