Beautiful hotel that keeps the charm of old Vienna but offering modern ammenities. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. Definitely a place to stay again!

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Most was excellent with a few exceptions

Quiet, clean, comfortable place with good breakfast and friendly and professional staff. Several restaurants starting from 2 min of walking. Train station about 5 min walk. Some of the major attractions are 15 min walking distance from the hotel. Air conditioning is set to 22C and that doesn’t feel enough on a very hot day. But they can provide a fan. Only issue I faced was fruit flies near the pastries in the breakfast area one day. I brought it to staff’s attention.

The staff was fantastic, breakfast was good, and overall enjoyed the property. The AC was not great, we had to have a fan in the room and sometimes waited for items at breakfast to be refilled but staff was amazing, especially Julia...

It is a traditional Austrian hotel, but slightly basic. If you want modern - then look elsewhere. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. Good location, tourist sites are walkable, or easily accessible on the nearby Underground.

Great hotel, in a good location for exploring all that Vienna has to offer. The hotel was extremely clean, and offered a good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Vienna.

Everything was great in the hotel. I highly reccomand. Breakfast was very good. Rooms comfortable. Very clean!! Friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. The hotel also have a restaurant. We had dinner there and it was excellent. It's not in the heart of the touristic old city district, but it's within a pleasent walking distance in a very nice area.

This was a very nice property. Some construction in the area but just bad timing for us. Front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast staff a little unwelcoming. Room was quite warm even with AC on.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The only issues were the mediocre restaurant attached to the hotel and the fact that the air conditioning was weak at best. Overall, I strongly recommend this property but visit when there are no heat waves. :)

Very nice and very clean hotel. Only 1 subway stop from the main Vienna train station and 2 subway stops from the main city square StephanPlatz. The area around the hotel is super safe, relatively quiet, but there are several restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of supermarkets and drug stores. On the whole, it is a very nice hotel where I would stay again without hesitation. The minor negatives are that in the very rare and unlikely event of extreme heat in the summer, their air conditioner is limited to 22C. You cannot make it cooler. Like many other hotels in Vienna, they used the old fashioned keys so you need to unlock your door when you come inside and then lock it again with this key from inside. No big, but would be easier if they had a card to open the entry door. There are no USB ports, just regular outlets. Make sure you have the necessary adapters if coming from the US/Mexico/Canada/UK

We love staying in this area close to the outdoor market and the 6th district. The AC could be better. The lock it at 72 Fahrenheit. The breakfast is really great! The bed is very comfortable.

It was a lovely hotel centrally located. It was close enough to walk to the Opera House .A very good breakfast was included. We ate dinner in their restaurant one evening. The food was very good and the portions were large. The staff was friendly and helpful I woild stay here again.

We loved it as our home base to see Vienna!

There was a construction work going on, so we couldn't use trams.

Hotel was in a good location near the underground station and trams. But the room seemed a bit small compared to the pictures on the booking. The Room was very hot and even though the Aircon was on and I lowered the temperature it didn't cool the room down. When I enquired at the reception that the Aircon wasn't cooling my room and if they had another cooler room. The guy in the reception sated that its an ecoaircon on every room and that the temperature did not go lower than 21 degrees, which that was a lie when I managed to lower the temperature to 17.5 The only solution he provided was to place a small fan in the room, which wasn't enough with how hot the room was I had to leave the window open while running the fan inorder to cool the room down enough so I could sleep, and not be sweating the whole night. Every morning I left the room with the window open so the room would remain cool, but the cleaner would close my window and turn on the Aircon. Which I don't think is fit for purpose as it doesn't cool the room down it would be more economical to have fans in the room. Which it would do the job it's ment to do.
