Great place. Road side kind of sucks with all the fast and the furious chuckle-heads. Other than that, it well worth it.

The glory days of this place have long passed. The continental breakfast was depressing.

Under remodel so the restaurant was closed. We have stayed here for many years while traveling thru to Idaho. It used to offer an amazing breakfast with stay, now more of a continental with far less choices but still appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms mattress in single queen, not river view was not comfortable compared to Riverview room. Definitely will continue to stay here.

Basically a motel 6 on the water. Giant iron burn on my carpet, very outdated furnishings, and not very clean. Definitely would not book here again.

24/7 business center advertised was a large part of why I booked the hotel. Printer was out of paper, front desk agent said they didn’t have any to refill the printer although they had just printed forms for me to sign upon check in using their front desk printer.

What a quaint little jewel on this island.
Yes the hotel was on the older side, and the facility was showing it's age and the fact that it was on the water. The room decor was outdated but it was undergoing a major renovation.
The staff we are very helpful and friendly and made you feel welcome. You could just check in stow your bags and start to relax. There are two restaurants on the island way within walking distance. One was more upscale and the other was a brewery and pub. With some elevated pub fare. After you eat you can stroll around the island and take in the stunning river views and quiet atmosphere. During the day the hotel offered free bicycles to check out so you could do some more exploring.

Room was clean and comfy. The Columbia river was beautiful. Restaurants near by. Quiet. Would stay there again.

Hotel and rooms are old, worn and outdated. Bedding worn, blanket looked super old and there were holes in bedspread. Undergoing renovations but they’ll need to be extensive. Exterior and lobby are also not appealing. Restaurant closed. Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment and we didn’t use it. Hotel staff weren’t especially welcoming or friendly with exception of person at check out. She at least smiled and wished me a good day.

This hotel didn’t look or smell clean at all. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The hallway walls and carpet were dirty. The room smelled like cats. My wife is allergic to cats and she had a reaction. We seriously thought about going somewhere else but we didn’t get in until 2 am and thought it would be a hassle going somewhere else so we just stuck it out for 5 hours and then left.

For the amount of money this hotel was not worth it. It was dirty, loud with party girls yelling, so noisy at.noght. no ice machine on our floor. An overall disappointing experience

It was okay. We didn’t like the pillows it was very uncomfortable. The door slams loud and you can hear it when neighbors close their doors. Breakfast was okay but not much choices. Not the most friendliest hotel and inclusive hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms are old but clean. My only complaint was the toilet. It took a long, noisy time filling after flushing. Plus, it was very low to the ground so hard to get up and down. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

We understand the hotel is going to undergo renovation, and boy does it need it. It has old, stained carpeting in the hallways and rooms. Furniture is old and chipped. Otherwise the location is great, they just need to bite the bullet and update date this NOW.

Check in was easy & the staff was very kind and welcoming. The view from my room of the waterfront in morning was very beautiful and relaxing. Their continental breakfast was very good & there is plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

I think this hotel is kind of a gem and I am glad I stumbled on it. Although it is an older hotel it was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but we did sit at a table by the pool. The evening view was pretty and we enjoyed a walk by the river.

The location of Clover Island was fabulous. I had a sunset swim with a riverview. I took a safe early morning bike ride. The afternoon desk clerk let me have an early check in to take a nap. Helpful, friendly staff.

We always stay at the Clover Island due to work. The riverside rooms are the most quiet.

After having my hotel reservation cancelled from under me by OYO hotel in Hermiston, OR I ended up coming here and the staff was great to me, room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plus arriving at night and being from Arizona I woke to a nice river view so that was great too

Overall very happy with my stay. It was quiet, clean and felt modern. The pool area, showers and sauna were being remodeled, so I down-checked the facilities. They provided a hot breakfast, but it was pretty minimal - eggs and sausage; but that puts it ahead of most hotel breakfasts these days.

Very nice, older property with friendly staff and good room rates. Will be having major renovation in the future. Excellent location in a marina area on a major river. This is my "go-to" place to stay when in the Tri-Cities on business.

Nice location on the river. Grounds were clean. Staff was nice. Room furniture is horribly outdated and that's being generous. Pool is nice but in the shade all day this time of year. (September) If you prefer modern this is not the place for you.
