Good breakfast -- appreciated eggs and sausage for protein, one not-too-sugary cereal (Cheerios), and yogurt. But would have appreciated instant oatmeal, bananas.

The bed sagged badly in the middle. You really need to replace the beds! We won't return until you do.

Staff was great, food was good, quiet location!

Shades didn’t go far enough for that black out affect. AC rattled every 3rd cycle, used ear plugs we had. Didn’t bring it to the front desk because it was to late.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and then hours after that me and my family go to use the pool and A different set of staff member’s treated us like criminals asking if we have a room there and what room we are in after that we leave for a few hours and come back and they changed the locks on us when they know we are staying for another two days while I’m carrying my 1 year old sleeping baby at 9-10 at night waiting for a new key in lobby is very inconvenient. That night my baby gets sick and throws up Pedialyte and the lady from the front desk who checked me in that was rude to me before rudely told me I wasn’t gonna get my deposit back because of that it’s not about the money really its the lack of  politeness they had

our door wasn’t closed when we arrived. when we came in the room the comforter had spots on it like it hadn’t been cleaned but was folded over so the spots weren’t obvious. we found trash on the ground by the window. the shower handle was stripped out so it was very hard to get any water so I had to settle for a cold shower. Breakfast was a bad experience, my daughter was making a waffle when they apparently shut the waffle maker off while the waffle was cooking. it made a mess because it didn’t cook all the way and wasn’t cooked enough to eat. I was attempting to help her clean it up when a staff member came over and said “just leave it I shut it off because breakfast is over anyway” breakfast ended at 9 and it was about 9:05 so technically she was right so we left it and didn’t eat breakfast. I went back and packed up and when we were leaving I noticed a sign on the door showing the rates for the room as $150 per night. We paid well over $150 and I was irritated at the lack of cleanliness and accommodations for paying over the rates posted on the door.

Room was sparkling clean. Nice to have a small table with 2 chairs. BIG screen TV. Comfy bed and a variety of pillows, soft and firm. BIG towels. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the usual other carbs.

One tiny thing: coffeemate instead half and half.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We couldn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Good location, no traffic noise. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

As I said, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would have liked is some oatmeal at breakfast, but that is a minor request as there were plenty of other options at breakfast.
