tv didn’t work, dog barking very consistently across hall

Loved that the were able to get me ground floor near exit as requested. Really appreciated the personalized greeting and bon voyage on the screen in the room. Lovely full breakfast bar. Very kind staff and helpul.

31 degree morning. Icy roads. Scary for someone from out of the area. Hotel sits at top of a steep hill. Had to avoid hill by going out the back way. Hotel overall is great.

Sheets smell clean when you crawl into bed.

I didn’t like that they did not tell you up front that there were extra charges for my animals. I did not like the weird tv guide.

The location was perfect for us. Also there were sufficient restaurants within walking distance.

There was kind of a gurgling noise in the room. I don’t know if it was from plumbing from upstairs but I don’t think it was fixable. Also the breakfast bar didn’t open until seven and we had to leave each morning before the breakfast bar opened so it really decreased the value of our stay.

Staff was kind and helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean. The amenities were great and the price for a nice room with two beds was fair.

Nothing spooked through you guys paid 600 dollars and when I went to check in the lady said I couldn’t stay cuz I was local even though my house was being renovated and I had nowhere else to go she said there was nothing she could do for me and to get. Ahold of the third party which is u guys and no one replies to me

I want my refund back you guys took my money and never told me I couldn’t be local now I’m out of place to stay and 600 dollars

The location to most restaurants, bars, shopping was good.

The room was very musty smelling, shower was not great along with toiletries, and the hotel charged more than what was originally said to be the fee.

Location was close to where we needed to be for our trip. Lots of places to eat, right across from the mall.

The hot tub was not working. No ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast that was served was frozen sandwiches from Costco. Walls are paper thin.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Besides the staff giving keys to people to rooms that were still dirty the staff is of no help. When I first got there they said they didn’t have a room for me, then gave me a dirt room, and finally I ended up with a semi clean room. also it says they have breakfast but it’s actually some cold jimmy dean sandwiches that you can put in the microwave plus a couple juice boxes. Don’t stay here.

Bed was hard as a rock. Didn't sleep at all. Buzzing noise, never figured out what it was coming from.

Easy off and on freeway access. I felt safe at all times. Super courteous and friendly staff.

No maid service, no hot breakfast, low light in bath, no table and no chair in room. Front desk personnel had an I don't care attitude. Won't EVER stay here again!

Although the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, there was no microwave in the room, a micro fridge that you cannot fit anything in, the hot tub was broken, the tv didnt work when we arrived, for breakfast they just hand you a frozen jimmy dean sausage mcmuffin or yogurt, and no laundry facilities. For this being a Mariott I expected a lot more for the price. I had never been to a hotel that does not have a microwave inside the room before, I did ask the manager for a microwave because we had booked a week long stay and she did bring us one to the room right away. After a couple of days part of the tv issue was fixed so we could log into Netflix. For a night thos hotel would be ok because its clean and a comfy bed, but to stay longer I would not stay here again due to the lack of accomodations.

I didn’t like the limited breakfast that did not offer a pork free or at minimum vegan options for main foods other than yogurt.

No microwave, sink in bathroom very tiny and low. Lighting in bathroom is terrible, If you are over 5 10, hope you have a good back for the sink in the bathroom. Breakfast was a packaged muffin and a fruit cup
