Good proper accomodation.

We wasted our money on this one. While it’s true that you get what you paid for, I didn’t find the room sanitised enough. We didn’t even last for an hour in the room as I started itching and feeling flushed.

We stayed three nights there loved it we will be back highly recommend

Not an upmarket motel but economical, very comfortable, clean and well positioned.

Every thing was good. The only thing this hotel need to improve is to keep water/bottlesin the room.

NOISY this place is right on the corner of a busy intersection. Truck and cars noises can be heard like your sitting on the kerb. Certainly wouldn't recommend rooms near the road. Some soundproofing and double glazed windows would make it a lot more comfortable. Clean rooms with good amenities. Close to shops and dining which is covenient.

I would like to shut down all negative feedback on ‘Waves Motel and Accommodations’. The whole process from booking accommodation and prompt check-in was amazing. Accommodation took payment on the day of check-in.. Got to the property,keys of my room was ready at front desk. Parked the car, dropped off my bags inside the room and off I went to explore the amazing town of Warrnambool. Room was super clean and tidy. Bathroom had its complimentary stay tiny shampoo/conditioner and hand soap bars for guests. Shower was alittle in the gloomy side as it was tucked into a corner with a massive tile wall and there was no light above where you shower ( That can be fixed with the next renovation )this doesn’t change my rating as it’s not a big issue. Room had its flat screen tv, air conditioning and fridge. Microwave and kettle to heat up your food and make tea and coffee. What I found that was a great touch was having the complimentary biscuits to go with my tea and coffee during a midnight snack. Location of this property is so central to everything. Food or shopping-it’s literally a stroll away. There is no need for any driving if you are staying here. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book the place for my future holidays in Warrnambool.

Great overnight stay. Clean room - very comfortable

We stayed here for one night and had stayed here before - an acceptable and reasonable place to stay - room has been recently renovated and is very well appointed - very good sized bathroom and great shower - bed was fine and did have a selection of pillows - Hotel is on the corner of the highway and another street - depending on the location of you room noise could be an issue and this time it was. Cleanliness was overall to a. High standard but there was mould under the shower screen - there is parking supplied but your spot is not assigned so you may end up parking a little bit away from your room. Overall an above average premises with a range of different rooms - the main issue we had was road noise from the side street as our room backed onto it and noise from the communal BBQ area where residents sat around until 0230 laughing, talking loudly etc. it was a Friday night and the place was at full occupancy.

Neat and tidy room, traffic noise was bad until 11.00 and started again 6.00. big bonus was ev charger. Sri Lankin restaurant was awsome

The property was well located and parking is easy the reception did not send the key code and I needed to track down someone in another hotel to be able to get into our room , after a long drive this was not convenient. also our room tea towel was dirty on arrival and the bathroom door was broken. (unable to close at all)

Bathroom / shower was not very clean. Had a lot of hair around the edges.

Was fantastic and as we were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment I have no issues in recomending this accommodation.

The TV in our original room was being repaired so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. The shower was a 10/10.

Safe and comfortable place to stay with the family. No issues at all.

The room itself is excellent but the floor in the bathroom is extremely slippery and very dangerous, I slipped twice needs urgent fix up but other than that everything was great oh and the beautiful pots need watering v

The property was lovely and semi clean. The bed moves so you quite often knock the bedside tables over. There is no wardrobe to hang clothes up or spare blankets if you were cold.

Friendly staff, great room, very conveniently located on the main road. Highly recommended.
