The access roads were a nightmare. The parking facilities are that of a third world country and long and winding hallways to get to the front desk to check in. We had to pay for parking (third world), room service was good. The breakfast buffet was very good. The property is showing signs of wear and tear which is something very typical of a overall Latin American community.

Hotel was much nicer than I had expected so that was great! Long line for check-in and the lobby was weirdly very warm….not pleasant. All the people ahead of me took insane long time to complete check-in. Staff was very friendly though and it took me all of 3 minutes. The bathroom door on room 431 squeaks horribly and needs oil! Otherwise, this is a lovely property.

Just a quick overnight to continue our travels. We like this hotel location as it’s very close to the airport in great food drinks scrumptious pillows.

The internet at the restaurant and the lobby was fine, but NO/NO internet at the room!!!!! Terrible!!!!!

Shuttle service from airport was awful. The shuttle was like a small bus with no luggage racks or place to put luggage. I think there was a back door option that driver could open to place luggage in but he never got up from his drivers seat. So only place for luggage was in walkway on bus. Every time someone got on we had to figure away to move it somewhere.

The 24 hour airport shuttle that runs every 15 min was amazing! Very convenient for a quick overnight stay if you are flying out the next day. Clean and very close to the airport.

Was below par for a Sheraton Hotel. On my second night I went out and when I came back to my room I had missing cash. I reported it to the front desk and the next morning a manager investigated. The manager said I was the only one who accessed the room according to their key card records. They said I was at fault for the missing cash and said there was nothing they could do. They also said a key card under my name was used to access my room during the time I was out. Which made no sense. I have an app on my phone (Life360) which tracks my movement and location all day. I had proof I was across town when someone accessed my room and stole my cash. The manager didn’t care I had proof and dismissed me when I tried showing them. This hotel is not secure and it seems like hotel staff make a duplicate key for your room in your name and access your room when you’re not there. Management doesn’t care to investigate further.

Arrived at the hotel ar 2:30am. It took 60 minutes to check in. No apologies or explanation. Staff seemed totally indifferent. Never stay here!

The booking didnt show up at the hotel , spent an hour trying to confirm it with Hotels.com agent and the hotel. they were not helpful at the front desk. I could find the reservation on the bonvoy app but they couldnt see it at the front desk . Hotels.com called them many times and they would just put them on hold. Terrible experience after a long day of travel

Everything is great except the warm water in the shower. It took a while for the shower to get warm water. I ended up finishing the shower before I could use the warm water. I guess it was because it was so early in the morning. I will visit here again with 100%~

Only minutes to the airport. Picked this because we were doing an overnighter for a next day flight. Nice location and good restaurant.

Perfect for our cruise vacacation

The hotel was pretty standard for what you expect for an airport hotel. A lot of people and long hallways. The rooms are standard hotel rooms nothing over the top but definitely not horrible by any means. The staff are friendly as well. My only issue with this place is that I checked out August 16th and it’s now September 9th and I still haven’t had my incidental hold returned back to my card.

We just came from a property in copenhagen where we were woken up by the street cleaners at 4a and the garbage men at 4:30. So the quiet was deafening at the sheraton. The fact that we had a working TV was in contrast to having to use apps to get anything on the CPH HOTEL. Also, the Sheraton had long term parking we used for 2.5 weeks. Very convenient.

This hotel was extremely convenient, as it was located very near the airport and offered a shuttle service for pickups. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

We booked our hotel room months in advance to our trip and our flight got delayed so we ended up not getting there till 1:30am. Upon arrival we were told they gave our hotel room away because we showed up late and told me there was nothing they could do. Did not offer to refund me or anything. After that they did end up finding a room with 1 king bed for 4 people when I had booked 2 queen beds. I told them if they could bring 2 cots up to the room we would make it work. The front desk assured me that would be okay and he would send the cots to our room immediately. At 2am we still had not received the cots so I went back down to the front desk and the front desk clerk said ya I don’t know where they are I’ll check and send them up. 2:30am we still had not received the cots and the front desk proceeded to tell me they have them all away. No apologies or attempts to make it right. He told me that if I had a problem I could talk to the director in the morning when they came in. Luckily 1 cot did show up but I had to sleep in the floor. Never ever will I be back or recommend this hotel if this is how they treat their guests.

Great location to the airport, clean and friendly.

Long wait for shuttle at the airport and the driver never offered to put our bags in storage or help with them. Basically had them semi blocking the passageway in the bus.

Very easy transportation. Next to Miami airport. Easy parking. Hotel will charge parking to your card on file. FYI…$29-35 parking fee. Room was comfortable, clean and quite. Level 6 requires room key card to access. Very safe! Room Dining service was very convenient for us. We wanted to stay in room and not explore, so… room service was a plus for us. Great Food!!! Large portions. FYI there was extra charges for food delivery and gratuity, but we knew this and it was ok! So worth it. Very happy with stay.

Hotel is a good choice if spending one night near Miami Airport. It has a restaurant serving decent food at reasonable prices, and breakfast was very good. Room was clean and had all we needed for the short stay. Also staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return
