It’s a nice property and a great location. Room clean and nice but needs some improvements particularly technology. They significantly mischarged me for a car they booked which I caught and took a while but they corrected. This is hotel that charges top dollar but is stingy with water in room looking to get you for a few extra dollars

This the most gorgeous Hotel in Rome, at the very top of the Spanish steps. The staff is amazing, super excellent service, the rooftop patio has the best view in Rome.

A very funny prompting question. This is one of the world's great hotels and it lives up to its reputation. Enormously expensive and worth it for a day in the lap of luxury overseen by attentive staff. My only quibble - and it is small- is that wait staff in the restaurant are a bit heavy handed on complimenting diners. Dial it back a notch and the issue disappears.

Beautiful hotel. We typically stay in more historic area but wanted to stay in a different/nighttime busier area with our teens and college age students looking to explore in the evening. Hassler was well-located with great food and shopping nearby. Staff was excellent. Gym terrific. View from gym and the rooftop terrace exceptional.

Prestige location, renovated room, beautiful Michelin starred restaurant, and amazing concierge service. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed twice on our most recent trip to italy and we had a truly fantastic experience. Service is top notch, the concierges (especially Christian) went above and beyond and truly showed the meaning of what a concierge is.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very attentive. The only disappointment was the roof dining. There is no shade and it is very small. I would not recommend it.

This hotel only gets better with age( 128 yrs old) I had stayed here in the late 80's and was so presently surprised that the hotel was better than before! Th rooms are great, service amazing and food a treat! Look forward to going back !!!

It was extraordinary the place, food and location.

We stayed at Hassler Roma only one night. last October. That stay was the final day of one week holiday of Italy. We expected the stay and, we enjoyed sun set terrace, delicious ristaurante Imago, and gorgeous breakfast. But we recieved the flight cancel e-mail from airline due to bad whether condition before check out time. So we had to order new flight by i Pad. In that situation hotel staff was very kindly for us to print out the e-ticket and managemant transport to the airport. So We want to stay Hassler again because we could not enjoy completely due to airline accident.

By far the most beautiful hotel in the entire Rome - perfect location, excellent service, stunning interior - pure luxury, truly an iconic spot. The stuff is so warm and welcoming, breakfast is very nice but lacks porridge. We got a complimentary upgrade of the room which was great. But the best part is the terrace. It's cozy yet panoramic, the view is spectacular, breathtaking - indeed there is no other city like Rome, and that terrace is the place to admire la grande bellezza of Rome...Tank you Hassler, will definitely return!..

There is no better place to stay in Rome.The roof top terrace has the most amazing views of Rome.The restaurant on the roof has a view that shouldnt be missed, I highly recommend catching the sunset with dinner and wine. The food was amazing and we enjoyed everything we tried. Please bring a jacket and a nice shirt if you are coming here, as this is a very special Michelin Star experience to eat here. The staff of the Hassler Roma are there for you and it starts from the moment you get off the plane. If you book at drive through the Hassler, you will find a man waiting with a sign that has your last name on it as you finish clearing customs in Italy. He will help you with your carry on luggage and assist you to your bags to retrieve them from the baggage claim. He will get them on a cart and lead you out of the busy airport to a driver from his company that is waiting for you. After the introductions you will say goodbye to him as your driver will take your luggage and lead you to the Mercedes Van.The staff checking you in are very friendly as they answer guests questions. I saw them pointing things out on maps a few times to help guests that had questions. The bell hop and doorman are very friendly and outgoing. Also great at answering questions all day and and night from guest and tourists wandering over from the Spanish Steps.I saved the best for last, the house keeping staff.Simply the best I have ever had, friendly and a fantastic attitudes. Thank you.

Perfect location,perfect service.We had amazing views from our room.we loved it. The only thing is that the bathroom lacked a bit in style.it just didnt look as the rest of the room

Old world beautiful hotel,quiet, elegant, reserved. Very friendly staff who were helpful with anything you asked. Feels like staying in a palace. Lots of cream color, gold accents, mirrors everywhere, like Versailles. Large room with full couch and chair. Very large bathroom, separate walk in shower, soaking tub, double marble sinks, lots of lights, separate toilet and bidet. Large fluffy towels and plenty of them. Fresh fruit and white roses. Champagne also. Really good good maid service too.

Recently back from a week’s stay at the Hassler. This is an outstanding hotel with exceptional service. From the moment you arrive and Cesare welcomes you to the outstanding conciege , it is a well orchestrated first impression that lives up to it standard throught your stay. My initial room did not hvaecthe view i expected but this hotel will not allow you to be even slightly unimpressed. My room with a view of the Spanish steps was made my stay in Rome magical- it was difficult to leave the room. I asked for a driver to see the city and along came Heatlcliff who was so entertaing and exceptional that i change my 3 hour tour to 5 without hesitation. This is the only plce to stay if you want to stay in Rome...i am planning to be back in Fall.
