The hotel and room are a bit dated, but to be fair there are ongoing renovations. The breakfast was superb

Very friendly staff - Chioma, Linda, Daniel, Amaka and Kudirat.
The breakfast buffet also fantastic. Chisom and Oma did great job.

It was a good stay. My room rate was quite expensive for the value I received. For over $300 I expected more but overall it was acceptable. The checking in and check out process was quite slow. Others kept jumping the queue and the staff entertained it. That was quite annoying.

The property was amazing. Not enough time in between work to explore it. The staff were friendly and took extra care of guests. They all went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.Great food choices! All very service oriented. Highly recommend!!

Excellent! The exterior of the building looks outdated, but the interior makes up for it. I highly recommend it. Furthermore if you need a reliable and honest driver to take around town, ask for Godwin.

It was my first trip to Abuja and I selected Sheraton as it’s associated with Bonvoy. It seems hotel is built in 1982 and they didn’t renovate it after other than a brand new elevator and did painting of the room.Breakfast was very basic but it was stomach filling. Said that I was happy I chose this hotel as I felt safe , it wasn’t crowded , staffs around the hotel didn’t bother me with too much hospitality. So I would still prefer to stay there as my priority during my trip to Nigeria is safety , security , decent place to sleep and a complimentary basic breakfast without going out of the hotel !

If you wanna have a trip to 80s welcome to Sheraton Abuja. The facility is as old as my Soviet childhood. Rooms. Furniture. Decoration. Guys, like u gotta a time machine. Special thanks to the bathroom: horrible stuff, old and never been maintained. Food: I never ever in my life had hush a disgusting food. I think it’s real shame for Marriott to put their logo at this hotel. It’s share for them not even make a quality control over the place. Resume: horrible place with horrible service. Not Marriott brand at all.

Obviously it is an old structure, i was only disappointed by the water in the room not too hot but manageable and the a.c. in the nice gym... too cold... i think very easy to get a bronchitis there.
For the rest there is a piano in the hall and i have been given the permit to use it for rehearsal during my nest stay.
The saff was very kind and helpful.

It was an amazing stay for us. Classy and clean. Sheraton kept its style and class. Everything was perfect and even the taste of the food. The food was cooked to perfection. The staff also very helpful and friendly. I’ll be visiting again soon.

Air conditioner was broken, was move to a second room still a/c was bad . Shower head was broken, tub and bathroom sinks were dirty. Towels had odors.

The sick clogged, furniture was falling apart, the remote of the TV did not work, there was a funny smell in the room.... I was there just for a night, when I complained while checking out, the staff said that I should have informed them.... do they seriously expect a business traveler, in town for just a day, checks in and immediately goes for his business, comes back late at night, all tired and then start chasing the hotel to provide a replacement.... shouldnt the hotel already ensure that.... its the second most expensive hotel in town.... what a waste of money and comfort...

Went to room; no electricity; put key card in holder, still no power; tried phone in room; no power. Entered elevator to go down to front desk; got stuck in elevator with blaring Muzak for about 5 minutes; tried phone in elevator; didn't work. Went back to room with porter; still no power; returned to front desk. Was "upgraded" to 7th floor, room was nice and power worked. Met colleagues at poolside restaurant; ordered suya and chips. Catsup bottle exploded all over my clothes. Through all of this, the staff were courteous and professional, but there are obvious issues which need improvement.
