Wonderful stay. Yummy cookies, friendly and welcoming staff, great restaurant, comfortable bed and linens, convenient with airport shuttle.

There was hair in the shower when we arrived and some sort of sticky substance on the faucet. Where housekeeping arrived they were rude and acted as if nothing was wearing with the room

Nice clean comfortable hotel...appreciated the free airport shuttle...didn't get to use the amenities but there was a pool, gym, bar, restaurant, and gift shop...really appreciated 2 bottles of water supplied daily by staff

Although there apparently had been an issue with my credit card, the front desk took care of it facilitating our check in. My cudos to the staff. They are areal asset to the hotel!

Stayed for 1 night - had no issues with shuttle from airport to hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. However, we were scheduled to take the shuttle back to the airport at 1:40pm and was told to be AT THE LOBBY at least 10minutes prior. We were there way earlier than that and went out to wait at 1:35pm but the shuttle never came. Husband went inside to ask and was told the shuttle already left and we missed it and we should have been waiting for it. He told the lady that we have been waiting for awhile then she responded so rudely saying “then how come you didn’t see the shuttle?” Which my husband responded to saying “because it wasn’t there.” We booked an uber but Was quite disappointed by how rude the lady at the front desk was.

Hotel was fine, reasonably priced, amazing dinner - the steak melted, breakfast was a little lame, staff friendly …

I did not fine the bed comfortable only cause I don’t like soft beds nor soft pillows. But it is a nice hotel but I don’t believe just because someone uses debt for a security deposit they should be charged an extra fee. Bank card or credit, it’s money. I also maybe didn’t realize I had to pay parking, I can see overnight guest but already a guest at the hotel shouldn’t but it’s my opinion. But overall nice hotel.

Front desk welcome was amazing ! Clean room. Food options nearby. Shuttle to airport was timely.

I booked my stay online and paid for it. When I was checking in, they told me that the parking is not included in the package and I have to pay extra for it, while it was not mentioned during online banking.

Overall the hotel was good and the staff was nice, especially the housekeeping specialist responsible for our room on the 4th floor near the elevators, but after trying a king-size bed that was very soft and saggy, we moved to a room with two queen beds with not much improvement. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds in order to sleep on the side that didn't sag (where the majority sleep). This just means that the mattresses need replacing more often when there is a permanent dip. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, but they did suggest that all their beds are soft, but we know the difference between a soft mattress and a saggy one. They wouldn't experience the issue because they don't sleep there. I know it's costly, but hotel mattresses need replacing more frequently... which is something you would expect from a Hilton after all.

Close to amenities. There system did not work during time of check in but they assigned us to temporary rooms so as guests can rest. We have no access to wifi or tv on first night but did not even get any complementary deal because of inconvenience. They just shug there shoulders about it.

Restaurant food was impressive. Front desk and hotel staff unfriendly. Rooms lacked telephone service, missing light bulb, room key not working, fan in bathroom not working.

I did not like that the outdoor sitting area outside the pool seemed neglected. It needs to be kept more clean. The patio had cigarette butts and other all about. Also the patio chairs had not been cleaned. I liked that the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Inside the lobby and the rooms were very clean.

Landed at 3.30am...called hotel umpteen times...no response..could not use the shuttle service...intercoms not working...all in all a bad experience

The rude, incompetent, untrustworthy staff leave little to be desired at what could be consideredal a nice hotel. My delivered package to the front desk went "missing". Management said someone must have stolen it and refused no other assistance. 4 phone calls to the rudest, laziest woman in customer service, before my AM flight left me totally confused and feeling like i had done something wrong. No pre-arrangement airport shuttle as stated at booking and post- arrangement failed to ever pick me up, claiming i was not there waiting for them. (I had to pay for an uber.) The key didn't work after we went for lunch, front desk staff asked us to confirm our I.D. Both my husband and I's name is on the booking, he showed his I.D., but they refused to give us a key because my I.D. was locked in our room. They had 5 different people come to discuss whether we should get a key. It was an outright nightmare. At every turn, customer service on the phone, at the front desk and Management treated us as if we were crooks, when in fact, they were thieves and liars. The only postive was the cleaning staff for the rooms. However, what could be nice amenities in the courtyard were filthing, broken and unorganized. Worst hotel experience, "Hilton" should ashamed of these staff representing their company.
