There was no stay - to had a family emergency (my father had an accident resulting in traumatic brain injury) and I could not travel - and neither the hotel directly or hotels.com could assist to make alternative arrangements. Shocking poor engagement from both parties - DO NOT RECOMMENT .

Great central location close to a tram stop with multiples lines. Despite being central it was surprisingly quiet/peaceful in the hotel itself. The room was very comfortable and the spa tub was a nice perk for relaxing after a lot of walking all day.

The place of the hotel was very good, but I do not think that the price is worth of staying. With that orice, the room comfort and the setvice should be much higher.

Well located. We walked all over Amsterdam with this home base. Less than 10 minures from Amsterdam Centraal. The room was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in the Inntelhotel. The location is convenient to public transportation and an array of restaurants, shops, cafes, services. The staff was excellent, both helpful and kind. After arriving on an overnight international flight, we were allowed to check in early. In addition, our room was cleaned daily and clean towels were provided. We would definitely stay there again.

Love the hotel and all the updates since I was here a few times before the pandemic. This time I reserved a Wellness room with Hot Tub & Dry Sauna. Great time to relax in a private room.

Stayed at this hotel twice in the past. This visit wasn't as pleasant as in previous years.
Mirrors, why is the only mirror in the room behind the area to hang clothes. There's a row of 3 plug sockets above the dressing table, but for what purpose?
Breakfast was only barley ok, the hot selection was in fact cold and at 9.30am the bacon had run out and wasn't replenished.
The room wasn't particularly clean, when we arrrived we couldn't wait to kick our shoe's off but the floor felt dirty in bare feet.
Would I stay here for a fourth visit, possibly not unfortunately.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, however this past stay it felt different. Bed/pillows were not as comfortable as previous times, and the room was just ok. Probably will choose a different hotel next time I visit.

We came over for our honeymoon. The hotel was situated in a good place and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately our room was located outside of the gym which caused a lot of noise. Not something you want for a relaxing break and especially for the price of the room.

I liked the location as it was close to amenities. However the surrounding area was very dirty with uncontrolled amounts of rubbish on the ground. The rubbish blew about all over despite the street sweepers trying to collect it. The bins were too small for the volume if rubbish.

Very disappointed. The air conditioning did not work well and the hot tub did not work at all.
Room was hot. And 2 separate buildings require you to take 2 separate elevators. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I had 2 different rooms and in both the A/C does not cool enough - it does not go below 19 degrees and if you don’t leave a room key in the socket to keep ig going all day, then the room gets very warm. Also in the wellness room, the hot tub did not work (no jets). And finally, the double room has the 2-twin bed configured right next to each other, which was basically a queen bed. I will not stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam.

The hotel was nice inside. The rooms were clean but small. The bathroom was unique in that the door was frosted glass and had a hole to push it open, it wasnt very private. They had breakfast but it wasnt included in the high price we paid and they didnt offer free coffee or water like most hotels. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The street it was on was littered with garbage but convenient to the central station and the canal tours.

Hotel presents well, however, room was lacking items such as shampoo, hair conditioner, wash cloths and tissues. It also did not have 110 volt outlets for U.S. Electricity is operated by key which you take with you when you leave so any devices you want to charge while away won’t be charged. There is no bathroom light switch. The automatic light turns on whenever you move around in bed therefore it came on several times in the night waking us up.

Great location and well maintained. Loved our stay very close to central station and 8 mins to dam square and shopping. We walked all over very easily.
