Stayed one night and was disappointed. The hotel was not up to standard that we are used to with Hampton inn. The pool was closed and they did not inform us before hand. That was a reason we stayed there: quality and pool. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was not very booked and I did not like the room being so far from the elevator. Long walk. All the desk clerk said, was sorry, but that it was quite way down there. I’ll think twice about staying there again. Alex

Super nice and clean. Very quiet setting. Front desk staff very professional and courteous! Breakfast was plentiful. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We experienced a problem in our room with the air conditioner. They reacted quickly with getting us a new room. Great customer service

We needed a warm and comfortable hotel after camping in the rain and this was great. Hampton Inn breakfasts are the best and this one was tasty.

Spacious rooms, quiet and comfor

Great location, clean room, bed was very comfortable. If I had to find a negative, it would be, i wish the fan on the AC ran all the time. When it waz off you could hear all the noise in the hallway. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Loved the options for breakfast too!

Service was fantastic. Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. Room 109 was very damp and smelled like chlorine. We only stayed 1 night so we just dealt with it.

Very close to the freeway while being away from the road noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will certainly go there again.

Per the Hampton Inn website, and Expedia for this particular property in Franklin, NC., there were NO, I repeat NO disclaimers regarding the fact that the POOL was…under construction”! It simply stated it HAD a pool with pictures to see as if it’s up & functionally running which clearly it was NOT upon arriving at this hotel. The only way we knew was by a laminated picture & short description of the fact the pool was “under construction” stuck to the front of the desk. The front desk clerk was friendly, but simply stated it was closed at this time. NOTE: This was very deceiving to an arriving customer, AND, the fact that the RATE was higher for the weekend! This is very poor customer service that should be disclosed right up on the front end, NOT once a customer arrives on your doorstep! The right thing to do was to provide “discounts”, for all that come to this location, until the pool is up & running properly! Very poor management from the top!

We have stayed here for the last three years for the Taste of Scotland festival. The hotel is clean, convenient to the places we are visiting. The staff is friendly. We are looking forward to staying next year

From check in to check out this was a very pleasant stay! Stagg was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and refreshing. Our room was immaculate! The view was stunning! We will stay again next time we are in the area!

Even though the location of the room was in a busy hall next to the exercise room, the service and comfort made up for it. Extra kudos for the fantastic breakfast!

Stayed before and still is great place to stay.

We always stay here on our way to Pigeon Forge.

All good except the pool was empty and closed for the season which is now the end of May.

Everything met expectations. We will be back to this property.

Great stay!

Location is fabulous!

My husband and I stayed overnight. When you walk in it feels very clean. The front desk employees were so nice and welcoming. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. We slept comfortably. Breakfast was very nice. You make your waffles. They had scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits with gravy etc. we would definitely stay there again.

Staff was wonderful about letting us check in early.

Stay was enjoyable, very quiet area. The hotel was close in proximity to Downtown Franklin.

The staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly people I have ever met.

Clean, temperature control was exact. Breakfast was good. Beware the walls and celings are paper thin. No noise issues with noise during sleeping hours..

Front desk person was sweet and inviting.
