I dint my reservation with no penalty for cancellation I dint make my fly’ts I want to say I don’t to be charge I call to canceld and they toll me that was imposible, I won’t like to do business with you thanks.

the hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff was very helpful. Don't judge the the hotel by it's out side appearance. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean. The cable TV had English speaking stations which was a treat and a surprise.

I have always thought highly of this hotel chain because of the standards which are pretty much the same anywhere you stay. Until today when i saw the desk manager Julio, dodge request after request from different clients, because he was busy doing some paperwork... He was the only clerk at reception, so I find this behavior unacceptable. Some of the answers we where lucky enough to hear; “I can’t connect your call sir, I am very busy and you must be doing something wrong”, “I would love to explain about guided tours, but i am busy, maybe you can speak to the other assistant, she should be here in the afternoon (was 10 am)...”, “this is all the information on car rentals we have at the hotel (hands over a folder and walks away to do something else)”... The complementary breakfast is limited, if someone eats all the bread before you get there, they won’t restock... I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel and will be wary to stay at any other holliday inn in latin america.

Walk out and you are in Independence Plaza, and close to the old town as well as the restaurants and shops on the Main Street. We walked here from the Buquebus terminal and it took us about 15 minutes along a picturesque pedestrian walkway. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean. The hotel looks a little worn down, but don’t pay too much attention to that because the things you actually need are pretty great.

Quite good except for the advertized parking at 10 dollars, which is almost never available (room for 8 cars only) so we have to use Private parking a block away and more expensive

Lend us electric adaptors, Gave a lot of advise about where to go, what to do. Room simple, but well spaced, clean bathrroom. No luxuries, but excellent for the price. My only complaint is the bed was too hard, and breakfast room was a little crowded. The city needs to address the graffity problem and a a los of wall washing. I was very satisfied.

This is not a brand that I know. It was awful. Noise all the time, Im not sure if they were fixing something or just banging. Breakfast just have orange and tast nothing. Cake were so tough that I could not eat it. It was probably a week old or so. Did not have more scramble eggs then I asked them to fry me a egg and they charged it apart.

Service was a little slow but cortious. Don't understand why a hotel with international status with foreign customers closes kitchen after 14:00 hours...
