It’s OK, the bedding, the pillows smell. Bathroom toilet needs to be changed to a more modern.

Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Wonderful hotel on the beach with a lovely poolside area.Reduced our stress levels considerably. Comfortable, clean room. If we came back to Bali, I would stay there in a heartbeat.

Great location right near shops and beach. Staff are really good. Room was cleaned everyday but did notice it was a bit dusty. Shower was nice and pool and swim up bar was great!

Feel a little disappointed with our stay room felt damp and had a musty smell. Every morning the beds and my bag were damp.
Hotel very busy get up early if you want a sunlounge.
Pool area is beautiful but this would be enough to make me stay again

Surprisingly good! Very good for the price, with Balinese decor and vibes. Love the buffet breakfast options. Always love the kartika plaza location as it’s only 10 minutes from the airport. Close to 2 shopping malls ( Lippo mall and Discovery mall), walking distance (7minutes) from waterbom. Alot or restaurants surrounding, massages place and salon. Big swimming pools by the beach. Will come back next time!

Kids club was terrible and unsafe. They left my 2 kids unattended. My kids followed some other kids to the pool during lunch time. I found my 5 and 6 year old in the pool at 1pm. It was so hot and they got sunburned, they could have drowned.

Returning visit love the amenities for my family back restaurant is great with beach access, walkable to Lippo & Kartika Plaza & Legion and many restaurants, breakfast choice has declined since last visit so didn’t eat it most days although pre-paid for it probably wont return for this reason only but everything else was excellent.

Great to bring my daughter and grandchildren and find there was plenty to do within the resort if we didnt feel able to brave the streets of Kuta. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Ok for the price, had an issue on 4 occasions with the keycard- the lock was broken and took 4 call outs to get it repaired, lost a lot of time waiting for someone to let us into the room, pillows not comfy at all but the bed was huge! The pool was a bit murky and had a metallic smell to the water. Other than that, was pretty good, location great, hotel must've been lovely in its heyday, and maintained really well. Beach front and excellent breakfast, if not a bit random, which catered to so many different nationalities and dietary requirements. Overall, I would stay again

Great resort - always have a god time here. If you are travelling with kids then this place is ideal. Only thing marking it down this trip was the pool and spa, both of which were a little off. The pool had a greenish tinge and the spa left you with a rusty smell. Possibly this is unavoidable and to be expected in high season. Not ideal. Breakfasts were fantastic and the service is faultless. We will come ack.

We had a great stay at Bintang Bali Resort all the staff were friendly, facilities great, large rooms.
We had a large family of 11 people and they accommodated us all on 1 level some with interlocking rooms as requested. Breakfast was great everyday.

The hotel and it's staff were lovely. Beautiful pool with lovely see view. Loads of loungers around the pool too. Served food around the pool was not the best but the breakfast was good with a lot of options to choose from. Location of the hotel is really good too. Our room was a bit damp but I guess it's normal as it's humid in Bali. Overal, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great resort. Very clean, the pool and pool bar were fantastic. The food was great and the wharf and the breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed the BBQ night with the live entertainment. The cultural performances were really good. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The staff were excellent..arrived with sick husband from Dengue fever..they went out of there way to accommodate him..a Dr within 15 mins..The property was dated in some areas..the gardens and pool area lovely..overall good value!..Thank you so much Bintang!

Traditional Balinese Resort. Fantastic pool. Beach front. Staff are amazing and courteous. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with enormous choice. Little bit pricey bar prices with 21% overall tax to be added otherwise great place to stay. Definitely a perfect relaxing place to stay.

AC did not work room was very humid even changed rooms and it was the same way. I paid for a king bed but got two twin beds push together so it wasn't good for sleeping on as a couple
