It was amazing. I loved the fact that it had a full kitchen, but I suggest adding a blender and a frying pan. The ice maker was making very little of it.

Friendly staff on check in, even though we showed up close to midnight. Room was nice and spacious.

The location was amazing! Staff was excellent and room was clean! It's within walking distance of shopping and he AllState Arena. Didn't sleep too well, the pillows sucked.

It was convenient to the airport and served our needs, but is a bit dated. Breakfast was good.

We had a room with mold on the wall in the bathroom, other wise the room is great. The pool hours stink. We weren't allowed to swim the first day because they didn't unlock the pool.

I always like staying at the residence inn because it’s roomier and not just a bed with a small bathroom.

The only thing was the microwave never worked and I forgot to mention it. But the staff were friendly, everything was clean. They had the best waffles I've had in a long time at the included breakfast. There was more space in our room than I thought. It was a very nice stay.

Stayed here for a concert at Allstate and the staff was so nice when checking in. She asked if we were there for the concert all weekend and when we said yes they put us in a room facing the venue so we could get there easily and without having to go around.

The stay was overall fine until the next day when I was using the microwave and the bathroom sink started to fill with water from the drain and flood the bathroom. Which made me unable to take a shower or leave the room until checkout with the promise of it being fixed in five minutes for the next two and half hours. The room tv also had trouble working but I also brought my own devices so it didn't annoy me really.

Not a lot to say it served a purpose I was told free parking and it wasn’t the shuttle is free - probably stay home and drive same day going forward was we didn’t sleep well and it cost alot with parking

Had a fantastic stay! Was there for the Ateez concert and was an easy walking distance to the arena. Quiet even though the flight pattern changed and planes were flying directly over due to the air show, great wifi, and overall a great room for the 2 bedroom suite!

Hotel was in a perfect spot for the concert at Allstate we attended on 8/10. The room was clean and stocked with needed kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at check-in and check-out were very nice and even inquired about the concert we attended. We had the complimentary breakfast and it the staff were very quickly and efficiently making sure it stayed filled. Parking was pretty good, very close to our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again if we attend another concert at Allstate. Thank you for making our stay in Rosemont a great one.

Breakfast and everything it was good

Service and the breakfast were fantastic! But our bed was uncomfortable. The hair dryer and the A/C did not work properly. The carpet was wet and the room had an odor.

The bed was fine. Hotel had a lot of reservations. They were short on breakfast food. We stayed for four nights and they did not clean our room once. The AC did not work in one of our rooms for the night, then the hotel switched to another room for the remainder of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the 2 bedroom suite was nice for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us as parking was not expensive and we could drive to the blue line - park and ride, for days we did not wish to drive into Chicago. The breakfast was nice, but would recommend going down before 8:30 since breakfast is served until 9 during the week and I would say 8:30-9 was the busiest with a long line for the waffle iron and toaster. The kitchen staff were pleasant, helpful and kept the area clean.

Even if you sold out the night before, if you know the next night there is a CONCERT at the venue next to your hotel, you should’ve had extra staff prepared and everyone on hands to clean rooms so check-in could be smooth. Lots of people had to wait extra hours to check in and getting a hotel room in time was very stressful. Staff was not prepared and that is not okay. Otherwise, the manager on duty on 7/25 did try his best to handle the situation and got us our room an hour and a half after check in started at 3pm. So we did get our room. But the room does need some updates, lamp shades were broken and shower drains were clogged, no extra bedding for the sofa bed was provided and we had to go down to the front desk to ask for it and grab it ourselves. Overall, the biggest issue was not being prepared for the guests that have booked months in advance for concerts but the manager did good in handling the situation. The other desks clerks were very rude though. Thank you. I hope you can work on updating your hotel for future guests as majority of fans who attend concerts at Allstate arena will book with you guys since it’s the closest hotel! Also, lots of Korean pop artists/groups do tend to book Allstate arena for their world tours, so please be more better prepared on Allstate arena concert schedules so there is no conflict in waiting for rooms. Thank you.

It was better than I had expected. Rooms were clean

Everything was pretty darn good, except the air conditioning was too loud.

We had a run that was not cleaned and had bed bugs. Informed hotel and requested a call back. Still no response. Don’t risk out of pocket cost for you and family contract bed bugs. Stay elsewhere!!!
