Check in was fairly quick and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed. We basically booked the room so we didn't have to drive home late after a concert. Did not spend a lot of time there, but were comfortable overnight. Nice little Continental breakfast.

Nice room for the price and close to the Soaring Eagle casino. Although the room was quite small it served our purpose and the breakfast in the morning was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was great for a quick overnight but was a small/tight room. Water pressure in the room was extremely low. That said, the room was clean. The staff was extremely nice and it was close to everything you could need.

The room was clean. But it was small even for being a standard room. We didn't have the breakfast because we made plans to meet family for breakfast. Over all if you only used the room to sleep in it would be ok.

Breakfast wasnt great. Hot foods under cooked and not really any options. Elevator was kinda rickety. Room was small but fine. Bed a little lumpy and woke up with some back pain. But it was clean and stocked for what we needed. Overall 3.5 rating for us.

Our stay at Quality Inn was perfect. The staff were awesome, from the young lady at check in (& check out) to the young man who helped us get entry into our room. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean & had a refreshing atmosphere. Our experience couldn’t have been better & we will definitely be staying at this hotel when we return to Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

The room had a funny smell, was dirty, and the air conditioner was squealing loudly. They sent a maintenance guy but not sure if it got fixed. I didn’t stay because it was so dirty.

The beds were terrible. As i was checking out another guest was expressing their discomfort as well with the mattresses. I would NEVER stay again. It was like sleeping on concrete...VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The staff were so nice! We just needed a quiet place to sleep after the show. We did just that! SLEPT! The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean!

The room was really tiny. The desk light didn't work nor did the entry light. Otherwise the stay was relatively quiet considering that my room faced the street noise.

They have a water leak in the walls that they cannot locate. They tried to put me in a room ,where I believe, has black mold in the walls. The smell was gross. Staff said the same thing. The second room across the building was better. However, in that room the microwave had no power and did not work. The comforter was soft. That's the only thing decent in that place.

I am a travel nurse working midnights and was glad to be put in an area with barely no one making noise. The bed was a little too firm for my scoliosis, but I made it through the 3 nights.

Average accommodations for this type of hotel. At 10am I could hear housekeeping knocking on doors and announcing “housekeeping.” I was not a fan considering check out is 11. Felt rushed.

It was fine. Room was comfortable and nice for the price paid. The free breakfast was misleading with basic coffee, juice, muffins and waffles. The bananas were very ripe and many people would never put them out for the breakfast. Nobody at the desk even ringing the bell on the counter so just left the keys on the desk. It was just ok for the stay.

The receptionist was awesome, did not get her name, but she was helpful and patient. Not a bad place, but needs some cosmetic maintenance. I would stay again , but I was sad about the breakfast, but thats ok. I got by.

The property needs some updates. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a potentially dangerous incident in the vicinity which resulted in a lock down and the staff was very accommodating and showed concern for their customers safety.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and this time was such a disappointment! Our room was the size of a closet, the hair dryer only worked on low and was falling off the wall, there were poorly patched holes in the wall, and we both woke up with plugged up noses and sneezing so the air system probably hasn’t been cleaned recently. We paid over $250 for one night for that!!! I will not stay here again.

Hotel is clean but a little outdated. Room/bed is a little small for the price but it’s a convenient location to Soaring Eagle and we stay here whenever we come to Mt Pleasant.
