Our stay was good, it was nice and quite during our time of staying there but just wish the rooms were a bit more clean.

We were first given a room that was very dark with no front porch light so we requested another one because it felt very unsafe. Our second room had the refrigerator start to go out and the fan was extremely loud. A repair guy did look at it they offered to switch us rooms, but it would've been our fourth room in a three day trip.

I specifically chose this hotel for the amenities, norhing worked, pool, hot tub nor fire pit. Also only 1 bathroom worked in our suite. They tried to fix it but immediately broke again. The gentleman who checked us in was great, very personable. The girl on Saturday just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well like i was a nuisance

I do not recommend this place to anyone. We used to stay here before and it was always clean and welcoming. The last time we stayed it was filthy basically runned down.

It took the desk staff 3 times to finally get me a room that was cleaned and with the correct number of beds!
This entire priory is not well maintained- old showers with cracked caulking, sinks that don’t driving, towels are old and smell moldy, carpets inside are torn and dirty, kitchen not stocked, breakfast isn’t great, I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again!

Trash sitting there for days , don’t want give u towel toilet paper or anything attitude when you ask one room no hot warm water the other room we was put into no cool cold water, room not cleaned was there for 6 days , water dripping from ceiling in the breakfast area etc

Love the location but the only problem was housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning some of the appliances wasn’t cleaned as much and hotel room would need a bit of a renovation but other than that my stay was nice and quiet.

The staff at check in/check out was nice and the process was quick and easy! We arrived about 25 min early prior to check in time but they didn’t give us any issues. Parking was close enough to our room. Only issues I had were within the room itself, the security latch on the front door was broken, the carpet was ripped in one of the bedrooms, one of the bathroom locks did not work, there was cereal underneath the other bed, the outside light near the front door didn’t work which the door is inside a little corridor so it was completely dark at night. The property needs to be a little bit cleaner and/ or updated.

It's not a bad place to stay. I selected this hotel based on a kitchen so we could have a date night and cook a dinner but the kitchen is hardly equiped with any pots/pans/silverware.

Great location for a long term stay it gives a home vibe verses hotel vibe I would highly recommend staying if you have kids the units are very comfortable the breakfast is great the staff are kind and helpful and the surrounding area has almost every convenient store including Arizona mills malls just a walk across the street.

I liked that the mall is just across the street. I was switched 3 different times to 3 different rooms because the air conditioner was not working properly and we had to go swimming across the street because the pool was closed and full of algae. Nasty

Close to many attractions, breakfast was ok. A bit loud by a major street but staff was accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and the room was large.

We were there to visit a friend this day was really good the hotel is really good breakfast was good staff was very nice and tried to help whenever you asked him for anything one bad part was the air went out and went down and told him and they said they couldn't get nobody there until 8:00 in the morning so we end up having to sleep in there without air but they did come and fix it 8:00 in the morning

I have stayed at this hotel before, and normally it is pretty decent for the price. This time there were many small issues. The included breakfast was put out almost an hour late, so I was forced to skip it. My room was missing almost everything from the kitchen, so I didn't even have a cup to drink from. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. Finally, the air conditioner stopped working during the middle of the last night which caused the room to get unbearably hot by the time I checked out in the morning.

At check in I found hair in the tub, hair in our beds and our towels were very stained.

Check in was quick and easy. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. The room was just as described. 2 bedroom spacious with a kitchenette! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. I did not request housekeeping but I was able to get anything I needed such as towel from the front desk or housekeeping who is around earlier in the day. The pool was only 4ft which was a bummer for my teens. They still enjoyed a nice dip in the pool to get out the heat. There is also a jacuzzi. There is a nice patio area with bbq grills and a basketball court in the farther backside of the property. The grounds were well kept at all times. The staff was very helpful. During breakfast lady staff named Jodie was very helpful with the pancake machine and making sure everyone had what they needed. She was a delight to see every morning. Great way to start the day. We took full advantage of breakfast each morning, which was decent. The hotel is in a great area right across from the Arizona Mills Mall. There are many food options in the area and a gas station directly across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Front desk is extremely rude, management doesn't seem to care either. Poorly managed, they hang up on people when they don't feel like attending a patron. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

If you want to find someone else's underwear under your bed stay here. If you want to feel like someone might break into your room stay here. Definitely not a place I would recommend, as you also walk on the bathroom floor the floor is moving. Save your time & money!

This was my second stay here. First was good, this one was not. We had a first floor suite this time. Tenants above us we so noisy both nights. Complained both times...to no avail. Said security would go talk to them... Security never showed up. Had an early flight on Monday morning and needed to be up by 3am. Didn't get some sleep till way after 10pm because of the noise. Mostly kids I'm sure... But on the bright side, the woman doing the breakfast on Saturday was amazing. She knee what she was doing. Made sure she got a tip.

The front desk clerk was an idiot and would speak loud enough for me to hear her after I told her several times that I couldn’t hear her. Our front door wouldn’t lock properly and the safety latch didn’t catch.
