My biggest issue was the bed seemed smaller than a king. In addition the plugs on my bedside lamp along with thr lamp itself didnt work and so on yhe second night I was there I went to plug my phone charger into the wall and received a mild shock from the lamp plug in, I found that it was frayed at the edge. Overall not a super positive experience, the room was clean.

I stayed here solely because it advertised an airport shuttle. Unfortunately it ended up being so infrequent, I ended up taking an Uber. Sort of false advertising. Most hotels run them every 15 minutes.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. A minor problem arose, but it was rectified immediately and I was extremely happy with the way it was handled. The shops in the hotel were very expensive; that would be my only gripe. Would absolutely recommend though.

It's just expensive for what you get. Which is basically nothing, not even free coffee in the lobby which is an American staple. Free airport shuttle bus is good tho, runs every half hour.
Lots of stuff in the area if you want - food, bars, other hotels, and a big recreation zone with cinema and bowling and stuff. So that's fine, but the hotel is just a big expensive airport hotel.

The staff was extremely uncooperative. The rooms had big cracks on the roof. The phone was not working so I had to go to front desk whenever I needed anything. I asked them to change my room because of the big crack and the next room had a bigger crack than the last one. So I did not move to that room. When I went back to return the keys to the new room, the staff started arguing and almost fighting with me why didn’t I move to the other room. Also, I asked help with my luggage but nobody helped me at all for just loading my bags on the cart (i was coming back from vacation so I had really big bags). It was a horrible experience with the hotel staff overall.

Check in staff was questioning my first name even when I showed my matching id and credit card.
The room itself was ok. However the bright lights outside of the room were so strong even with the curtains it was like a daylight inside the room.
Bathroom had loose shower faucet trims. Looked little outdated. No hooks to hang your clothes or bathroom towel.
I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. The only convenience was being close to the airport and shopping mall.

No business center, could not get your computer to work. Front Desk response. "Yeah that's been happening for a few days. You can WALK over to embassy suites, it's all part of Hilton".
Parking...horrible signage. So confusing no clear directions. Handicapped lines still on the parking area marked "Double Tree" poorly lit.
At check in...two workers at the counter. I was not greeted by either one ( they seemed too busy on their phones). When they finally helped the service was poor and UNPROFESSIONAL.
NO cookies offered, yet big signs in the elevator about all the cookie options available at check in.
More than likely I will not refer Double Tree to any of my friends or co-workers. In fact I will tell all my friends to AVOID Double Tree at all costs.

The first room 912 had very noisy AC l, very noisy washroom exhaust & peeled off paint, water leak signs from the roof. Spoiled first night of sleep. Asked it to change to other room. Staff obliged & provided another room.

I visited Rosemont with my son for a 3-day convention. We both loved this hotel! Our room was a great size, the beds super comfortable, and the bathroom was downright luxurious. It was a quick walk to multiple restaurants (the BC Bistro right in the hotel had great sandwiches!), and a short drive to the Pickwick Theater. We will definitely stay here again.

When we checked in for the Anime Midwest conversation the place was super convenient it was only at best a 5 minute walk! The rooms are big and they have a Steakhouse on property. My only negatives are on Google Maps it shows that they have a hot tub and a pool but they don't. And the window curtains in our room had holes and it was torn up but not the sun blockers. All in all it was good hotel for the convention 4/5.

I was not satisfied with service because when I booked the hotel it said the parking is included plus the breakfast is included but when I checked-in and they told me that I have to pay for the parking. Plus next day when I went for breakfast and I was told to pay for that too which was included when I booked the hotel
