Very pleasant hotel. My only downfall was the bed sheet had a very large stain. I reported it at check out and the associate made a note. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

The lady at the check in counter refuses to honor our booking claiming that we were a no-show for our December 1-December 2 booking that we have already paid for. I explained that we have reached out via hotels.com explaining that we were checking in on December 02 rather than December 01 and even showed evidence/proof from my phone that I have reached out to the hotel explaining our situation but she flat out refused to listen and honor our paid for booking, even claiming that we have to pay for an EARLY CHECK IN FEE, when we deliberately paid for an overnight stay with the full knowledge that we will only be able to use the December 02 date since we came from Oakland on a very early flight and leaving again for Dubai on the 2nd of December at 5 pm. She insisted that we were a NO-SHOW - is this a flight ticket reservation? It shouldn’t matter if we checked in a day later so long as the room has been paid for. She claimed that we have to contact Expedia or Hotels.com that there should be a NEW BOOKING WITH NEW PAYMENT AND EARLY CHECK IN FEE. If not for her colleague who was kind and helpful and willing to provide assistance, we never would have checked in to our paid for room, avail of the free breakfast, and REST AND SLEEP (which was our intention) before our international flight. For a person who works in the hospitality business, this was one of the most inhospitable, rude, and unkind service we have ever encountered.

Nice. Room with good bed and bedding. Carpet was nice except one corner where it met the entryway. Click on the nightstand had the wrong time, with no easy way for us to reset it. The bathroom was nice except the shower had no bar to hang onto when soaping and rinsing —- didn’t feel real safe. There was a microwave and refrigerator, but no safety deposit box.

The room was dated and furnishings worn included mattress and Pillows. The room was clean enough, but the shower smelled of mildew and drain was slow. The also carpet needed cleaned.

We checked in about 8 p.m. and had to catch a morning flight (so we were there for less than 12 hours). We were given a room was at the end of the first floor hallway right next to an exit door. Throughout the night I heard doors opening and closing loudly and things being wheeled about. It was awful to lose what little sleep I could have had before heading out on another long day of travel including two flights). Very frustrated and utterly exhausted. I guess if you don't upgrade, this is what you get. :(

A perfect stay before an early flight. Shuttle is every half hour 24 hours. We had a wonderful, cheerful driver at 4 am and the hotel provided a nice sack breakfast to take with us.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but just a ten minute walk to a good restaurant. I wouldn't walk alone though. And close to the airport means noisy with planes and traffic.

Had a great stay here for 1 night. I arrived at Seatac at around 12pm from a very long 10 hour flight from South Korea and only had to wait about 5 minutes for the hotel shuttle to show up. Driver was very nice! The staff was very nice and accommodated an early check in for me. The room was extremely clean, all staff was very pleasant. My shuttle driver in the morning back to Seatac was right on time and also very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Although the hotel room was clean, the bed that we had was very uncomfortable as it was rock hard. And during the night as we were on the first floor there is much noise coming from the hallway has either guests were coming in late or the staff was getting ice out of the machine. In addition the staff was whistling while they were walking down the hallway.

The hotel was ridiculous! I'll start with the bathroom. the bars of soap were barely big enougj to wash your jands more than once, much less to take a shower for one and wash hands. there were two of us.we ended up getting soap from the local store. when we asked for more soap, we were givem a single small bar. the design of the bathroom was weird, there was no where ro store used towels for later or dry. the shower head was aimed straight down and any hange would cause the water to gather on the floor because there was no shoer door. the last straw was the 3 hour fire drill no one gave notice for. the loud fire sounds lasted for monutes in several intervals. this mean the elevator didn't work for several hours. there was no way to get luggage downstairs with out help!!

We went from staying 2 nights at an overpriced and overrated hotel in downtown, then stayed our last two nights here. We loved it so much, we wish we wouldve stayed here for our entire vacation.

Shuttle from the airport was easy to find after calling the hotel. It arrived as predicted . Easy to make arrangements for the transfer to the cruise ship. Breakfast bags avaifor those who have to leave before hot breakfast is open.

this was our second stay at this location in a 7 day period. The first stay we were welcomed, given our VIP welcome bag, a room upgrade and treated very well, this visit no hello just checked us in as fast as possible, I returned and asked for my VIP bag and was treated like i was trying to scam them. i was given free water the first stay so i asked for two water bottles ( thinking it was included) and was told to buy them from the store $3.50 each 3.5 oz bottle. The worst part was when i entered the breakfast area 4 minutes to 6:00 am a housekeeper ( not a kitchen staff member) long black hair in a ponytail RUDELY YELLED “NOT OPEN YET!” and shop’s me away with her hand, when she could have said “ Ma’am give us 4 more minutes please and we will be open. “
The same housekeeper stood behind us gossiping in spanish for 30 plus minutes before she made her and her co workers waffles and went to eat. She need to be aware the customer should never be embarrassed, always treated with respect, and may not speak spanish but maybe able to understand spanish😉 breakfast was terrible both times.

Arrived after midnight and left at 8 am. Great bed, noisy because of the airport. Very convenient and safe, free parking for our rental were the main reasons for our choice. Nice free breakfast was a plus!

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly. The area did not have a lot to offer. We walked to a Mexican restaurant and the food was sub par. The shuttle driver PM was nice however no assistance with our bags. The AM driver was efficient, helpful and very funny telling stories and jokes on the trip we appreciated his humor!!

This property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff during our stay was friendly, except for the night clerk when we checked out, who seemed to have more important things to do than customer service. We checked our bags in early in the day before check-in so that we could spend the day in town until our room was ready and though the lobby was busy with guests having breakfast and checking out, the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Terribly rude shuttle service driver. Shuttle is shared with best western. So we had to wait for 30 minutes before we got a ride. They had one tiny piece of soap for bath and hand wash. If you wanted more you had to go down and get it. One tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner as well. Rip off for 180 plus dollars.

Chose this hotel for the airport shuttle and free breakfast. Hotel is clean and staff were pleasant. However, we had much difficulty sleeping. While beds are actually quite comfortable, the mattress is pretty loud, so anytime you move, it makes a loud crinkle noise. In addition, there’s not much sound insulation for the door, so you could hear EVERYONE walking by and coming and going from their rooms.
