Very central location but hotel is not very pleasing stay experience. Lot of noise during night. Hot water is not instant. Free breakfast is very ordinary. No car parking. Tariff is high for very ordinary facilities and ambience

Hotel is located near various embassies, was very convenient that way. Service and staff are very good. It was bit difficult to find late in the night as Google lead us to the back gate. Building of the hotel is bit old but that its own charm. The room that we were in looked new.

Staff were courtious and attentive. Room was really not in a good clean condition. Broken tower rack in bathroom, constantly dripping shower didn't make it worth the amount I paid for the stay

The restaurant at the hotel is exorbitantly expensive. The food was not great , only cost was high. One slight problem was that there is no elevator at the hotel and we need to climb two flights of stairs each time

Slightly better than a motel 6 with food. The rooms do need some renovation. The portion sizes for complimentary breakfast was super tiny and they don't give you large plates or service ngbspoons if you have dinner. The only plus point is the location but overall not worth it.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Central to everything. The service staff was very professional and attentive. The breakfast included was great, we loved the great variety offered. The restaurant was integral to the success of our trip. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

Safe area, good security, but almost everything in hotel is very old, or broken. I would not recommend you another hotel, if you don’t have any problem on transportation.

- The room smelled like someone had been smoking there for a while- The sheets were not clean- I was charged an extra Rs. 1500 for an extra-person. I have never come across a hotel that books a 2 person room and charges extra for 1 person- The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The worst part was that we were told about the complimentary non-buffet menu items after we had already finished our buffet breakfast- Never coming back to this hotel again. Would like Expedia to contact/de-list this property and if possible get me a refund

Hot water is a problem. towels look like they are from world war 2 era. breakfast and lunch service and food quality is mediocre. staff in the restaurant are rude (maybe only to customers of Indian origin). Overall there is dirt and grime every where and would recommend to stay away from this hotel.

They even took my luggage out of the cab and took it to my room. The housekeeping staff was really good and made sure the room is really clean everyday.
The cafe inside the hotel (its called delhi heights) is really good.

Good place to stay if you are trying to go no near embassies are most of them are near to the hotel. Aiport is around 25 mins away. The place is clean. Bt tv was old and not working properly

I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting New Delhi to appear for a Visa appointment. Both my parents are senior citizens and I am happy to mention that my parents absolutely loved their stay and the service. They liked the hotel and found the staff very co-operative and extremely helpful for all their requests.
They loved the breakfast and had great words to speak about the hotel manager. Thank you for taking care of my parents and making their stay so lovely and friendly…

Too many sounds. Not very comfortable. The staff was not much polite. Only the person on night shift was polite and decent.

After switching from our first room which had some housekeeping issues (badly tiled shower, broken furniture), we ended up in a beautiful room with a nice view of the rear grounds. The room was large, and the bed comfortable (the sheets were especially soft). It was clean with good WiFi. The grounds were very nice, with beautiful flowering trees. The staff were, for the most part, friendly and helpful. The location (restaurants, sites, etc.) was good and we were able to take early morning walks on the tree shaded sidewalks. The breakfast buffet left a little to be desired (sparse choices) but they'll cook up quite a tasty omelet or Indian vegetarian dish.

I have stayed at this hotel property for a day and my primary purpose was to attain VISA interview at US Visa Consulate. This hotel property is close to consultant (walking distance of 15 minutes). I think room was decent and restroom was clean and spacious. Morning buffet was OK. Hotel staff was prompt in addressing our needs (TV, Internet, etc.) The printer in the business room was not working and they asked to come downstairs to get the print. Taxi's are readily available. I suggest to use OLA cabs since they will be more inexpensive.
Definitely will stay there if I happen to visit VISA interview.

This hotel is right in the heart of all the embassies, and close to some great restaurants. While the rooms were a little older, they were very clean, the staff was great, and the restaurant had awesome food with a very neat ambience.

Extremely poor customer service. Bad condition of rooms. Air conditioner not working, toilet clogged, refrigerator not cooling to name a few. Restaurant not functional, constant disturbance due to construction work in the hotel. No action taken for over 8 hours by the hotel management. Reported to Expedia was attended by someone called Sonali who was GOOD. She made sure that our problems were looked into. The hotel response as such was bad until expedia intervened. Expedia should ensure proper check of hotels before they recommend them to people on the website.

Great location, friendly staff.
However, I stayed on the 2nd floor, and there was no hot water. In the middle of winter, that is brutal.
I told the front desk about it, and they said they would fix it…some "pump issue."
In the end, I had to turn the shower on and let it run for 10mins before luke warm water arrived!
