The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was so clean and comfortable.

My two criteria on eating: 1. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean! It smelled of fresh Mr. Clean- no underlying odor. Kitchenette and bathrooms were new and clean. Even the halls and Fitness center were fresh. 2. Sleeping: comfortable beds. I will say that the fitted sheet was rough, however. Service was great!

I checked in and noticed water leaking from the A/C Unit. After speaking with maintenance, there was some banging around and cover removal to "repair" the unit. Needless to say, the room never cooled to less than 75 degrees. Miserable sleeping conditions. Also, the tv wouldnt turn on and the tub didnt drain properly. For a Marriott hotel, I expected better.

Definitely a newer modern style hotel. Room layout was good with just a few minor hiccups. For example, room had a broken toilet paper holder. Also, had less than a quarter roll and had to ask front desk for another roll, which they seemed put off by. The TV in the couch area of the room could not be used for live TV as well. Overall good stay, but will try other options next time.

Our stay was comfortable and service was great. Breafast had good options and rooms were very spacious. it was during the card outage and the gentlemen at the desk was very kind about it, even though it was the middle of the night. in the mornig he was still there having helping with breafest with a smile on his face. His customer service was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Great service, the location surrounding area didn't seem to be the safest to walk around in the evening. The pool is nice vut needs resurfacing.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Our room was very clean and up to date. The lady working the front was awesome. Ashlee, very friendly with true customer service. Don’t find that much anymore. The only thing negative I have say is they didn’t not have a good variety of coffee creamers. Thank you SpringHill suits west Little Rock.

In the first 3 minutes the bathroom door handle fell down, the toilet paper holder dropped and toilet overflowed. When we contacted the front office and asked for a different room they said they did not have any. So we asked for someone to come take care of the room they said no one could help and handed my husband a plunger. No apologies and no help. At breakfast, they were out of half of the things and trash was all over the floor with an hour left in the breakfast time provided. I am very disappointed to say the least. This place had good ratings and I am not sure why. There are definitely management problems.

Nice hotel that was in good condition. I only had two improvement areas - 1) the pool is a little small and the ventilation system did not appear to be working properly (the chlorine smell was extremely strong) and 2) they didn’t offer a meat selection for the full breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy).

Property looks very new. We were only here overnight. The AC was very weak and did not cool room well. Think it was due to thermostat and unit not being connected. There was a fire alarm that apparently was a false alarm but everyone had to get out until the firemen were done. Not the most comfortable night.

Great hotel! Was very clean. Beds and rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay there again, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

The ac in our room didn’t work. In the first day, someone came to check it. He restarted the unit and we gave it some time. By the time we got back from dinner there was no change. The hotel was booked and we weren’t leaving our family who was in another room to go elsewhere. It was suffocating hot in the room. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and the room itself was great but that no ac really made it hard to be fully comfortable.

I stayed at the Springhill Suites in Little Rock AR for 3 nights. On my first night, i woke up to open my blinds and a metal rod from the curtains fall on my head. Upon being struck by the metal rod, I discovered my window was invested with numerous small ants everywhere. I contacted the front desk who informed me they are currently sold out of rooms and there is nothing they can do. I requested to be placed in another room immediately fear that the ants would get in my suitcase and clothing and as I had already booked my 3 nights stay. The front desk told me they would send someone up to take a look. When the guy came to me room he sprayed and wiped the ants but also told me I should be moved out immediately. After speaking with him I called the front desk again, they told me they would have a room ready for me around 1pm. At this time I’m upset, my head is pounding and I really just want a refund, but because I booked through Expedia which I how I like to book my travel the hotel told me there is nothing they can do for the metal rod falling on my head AT THERE ESTABLISHMENT and my room being INVESTED with ANTS. I was so shocked by the poor customer service I requested to speak with the manager and I was told they can do nothing either and they wouldn’t be available until Monday. I then requested corporates number where I was given a fake number but eventually found the correct number. I will be pursuing legal action!

I booked and paid through Expedia, then when I got there to check in they charged me another 120 deposit ok cool I get it, but then they asked me to slide my card again and charged me another 20 saying I would get it back. And here it is 2 weeks later and still out 140$

Check in was fast and easy. Room clean Air-conditioner was very loud
